It’s so elegant looking, just what I’m looking for!
It sticks a bit, which leaves to water running. I thought I could avoid "handle jiggling" with an in-wall tank, but alas. Nothing to be done now, I can't rip it all open.
Nice quality. Matte white gives a clean and elevated feel.

Love the white since our accessories are all gold.. the chrome option with our toilet wouldn’t have matched.
I originally ordered the red plate and the paint was chipped. I’d go with the shiny white if you’re hesitating on a color because it is just a piece of plastic that won’t chip or scratch but still somehow looks high end!

Easy to use, it came with all the parts this time. I renovated another bathroom downstairs and that one was missing parts but Madison sent out another to replace without any hassle at all. Top notch customer service!

Beautiful and chic
Finally got the wall toilet completely installed, and cannot say enough good things about the clean design, powerful flush, and minimalism. I appreciate the half and full-flush options on the actuator. I would separately give 2 stars to the installation instructions with pictures only. I would have appreciated some instructional videos by Swiss Madison to speed up the process of my husband and I installing it ourselves. That said, now that we know what we’re doing, as we work through our renovations, we’ll be replacing all the toilets in our house to this one.
Haven't done the renovations to use this item but it was exactly as presented online.
