It works, but the plastic feels pretty cheap in person. When you try to isolate the spray to just the handheld sprayer, the outer ring sprayer leaks. And we keep pushing the shower head up for a better angle, but it won't stay in position. I think the install was fine but I don't think I'd buy it again.

If I may inform you, this showerhead/hand shower combination, is excellent! The variety of pulses are perfect. One doesn’t need 20 options. We tend to use 3 options. Get it!

I don’t think I’d purchase this again sadly. Bought two for our new construction build house and it’s not my favorite. The handheld shower head doesn’t sit very well in the base and I don’t like that you can’t have the water running in just the shower head. It’s going to come out of the big area as well no matter what setting you have it on.

I was in need of a new shower head because mine was getting old so this handheld shower head was perfect! It was very easy to install and I love the 4 different settings. The water pressure is also very nice so my hair gets clean very quickly.

Love this shower head. Easy to install took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish. Has so many different settings and the water pressure is great with this even when changing settings. Cleaning is easy with just a quick spray down and wipe off. Highly recommend.

The shower head was quick and easy to install. The water pressure is not great and seems to shoot out wherever it wants regardless of which setting it is on. I do like that you can adjust which part of the shower head to use but the adjustment lever is so high up that I can't reach without standing on the edge of the tub. The shower head itself is also only made out of plastic so it feels cheap. This one is definitely a no go for me.

It isn’t as shown. It’s smaller, the hand held cord part tangles. It has a bad toxic smell from the pain ( I picked the black)which lasted for a week. I kept it only because I had paid to install it. Worse Delta faucet I ever purchased.

Disappointing water pressure

I bought this shower head to replace the exact same model that was several years old that had gotten clogged with the hard water in the area that we live. Although it was very easy to install, the water pressure is terrible! The spray is weak no matter what setting is used. The old shower head actually had better pressure than this one. I would of reinstalled the old one if I hadn't already thrown it away. I am really unhappy with this shower head and regret buying it. Now I'm stuck with it unless I want to spend even more money to replace it.

I love this shower head! I have been using it for 2 and a half years and it has moved twice, and still working great! I especially love that it makes cleaning the shower walls so much easier. It is plastic, so I had worried about how durable it would be, but it is definitely standing the test of time - I'm very happy with it!

Very disappointed

The first showerhead we received would not thread properly onto the shower pipe. The second one did thread until it simply fell off the pipe. After that it would not rethread. The portion that threads onto the pipe is made of plastic and it appears that the plastic is too soft to hold on.

The water pressure with this shower head is much less than the one I replaced. A very soft rain shower. It’ll take some getting used to. I found it a bit difficult to get the hand held locked in place. Although, I will only take it out to clean the shower. Overall it’s sufficient. Hopefully it will last.

Not impressed. Purchased this Delta brand Dual Shower Head bc of its upstanding (former ) reputation. I was replacing another common brand that was 10yrs old. I just wanted to freshen up the bathroom wa few new items. It felt like plastic! It didn’t deliver and I went back to my old one! Too late to return, so I got stuck wthis pricey item. Disappointed to say in the least.

Water pressure is great! After buying several shower heads proclaiming to produce high water pressure and didnt, this particular shower head does the job. As a result, Im saving on water as Im spending less time in the shower trying to rinse soap out of my hair and off my body. The diverse water pressure adjustments makes this a perfect shower head to keep .

Very lightweight plastic feels super cheap. The hand shower is not securely clipped/clicked into the outer ring and easily falls out. Very over priced. Don’t waste your money. I don’t expect it to last long with the combination of a loose resting place for the hand shower and lightweight plastic it is going to be falling out and banging on the shower wall and eventually crack.

This is one of the lower cost and quality of the Delta In2ition line. For my house I got the upgraded one, which had more features and a magnetic attachment of the shower head. I got this one for an apartment. It doesn’t have the magnets but easily secured the head in the cradle. It has different settings and styles to choose from. Overall, a good, cheaper version of the high end line.

I am really disappointed in this shower head. It’s very cheaply made. The handheld part does not stay in the holder and no matter how I position the shower head. The hose that connects the shower head to the handheld part is also very strange and stiff. Will be returning for something else that is more sturdy and less cheap looking.

Horrible product! I bought it in black. Everything is cheap plastic. The part that screws onto the arm was cracked on arrival. Still installed it, thinking with lots of plumbers tape it will work but It leaked like crazy. Tried to return product but I guess I have there is a deadline to do so!

It is a good shower for my elderly mother. She did not like the small high pressure shower head before. This is nice because you can regulate the pressure or change the flow from handheld shower head to main shower head. This allows my mom to shower comfortably. It was a good purchase.

Great shower head! It has a very updated look. I like the removeable hand held shower head. I read several reviews about the hand held shower head falls off. There is a small notch that you pull shower head down slightly and it locks in place. The water feels like rain but the shower head offers more pressure to rinse off.

Cheap, plastic crap

First off I need to say that I love the style of this shower head and how it performs... for the limited amount of time it works. The problem is that the connections are all plastic. This means that even if you apply the teflop tape perfectly, it will begin to leak shortly. And worse is that because you are attaching a plastic device to a metal pipe, the metal pipe will EASILY destroy the plastic threads on the shower head receptacle when you attempt to toghten it further or even if it threads on incorrectly when you first hook it up. These things are cheap plastic junk and not made to last at all. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your money and find a shower head that has metal fasteners. Delta is just using their name as a cash cow at this point.
