I was a little disappointed to discover the body of the shower head body was plastic. I do not believe that was a characteristic mentioned in the description. I also felt the flow was weak. I did remove the restriction device and noted an increase of flow.

Doesn’t work

I was very excited for this showerhead and handheld. Currently, none of the spray settings work nor does the pause feature. We can use the shower ring and handheld on one setting only. I’m disappointed the button doesn’t do anything. Otherwise, I’d love this shower head. Plenty of water pressure and multiple uses(handheld only, shower head only or both). Bought for the spray options and pause though so disappointed.

Should have read reviews more closely

Ordered brushed nickel finish, did not expect the entire thing to be made of plastic. The rotation of the shower head is so stiff I’m afraid I’m going to snap it.

Good Quality Product

I love the color of the shower head. Lowes were awesome with shipping this product quickly. I find that the shower head drips a little after it has been shut off for a while, other than that I would have given the product a 5.

This was easy to install myself. Love the intigrated handheld. There is a little learning to use it curve, but then, your going to love it. Hose is a good length can spray down my tub/shower enclosure, and bath the dog with no issues.

Good service. Did have to ask where they were located. Was able to install it myself,(I’m an old lady) and is working fine. Does seem a little lightweight but like the feature of 2 heads so that I could shower sitting—recent surgery. Easy magnetic click from smaller head to the larger home base. I have just used it twice now and love it so far.

Cheaply made

I had a brand new remodel done and 2 months later this sprayer hose snapped. How does that even happen? So disappointed. Also the pressure is low and the holes get clogged easily and water shoots in different directions.

Why does the button on the handle SO HARD TO PUSH! WHY!! I thought the first one I got was defective so I bought another one. Same issue but this time I kept it I’m just stuck with keeping it on one setting: try to get ahold of customer service and that was a joke I know I would not buy this aging and I can’t take this one back cause I passed my 90 days from Home Depot

I love this shower head. It has great, consistent pressure and using the handheld portion while the water continues to fall from the main, stationary spout, is great. The spray options are plenty and it looks great in my new shower.

Delta shower head and spray.

Looked great in the box. Easy and quick to install.

I haven’t gotten it installed yet. Like the look and feel. My only complaint is the Specifications indicates the point of origin is the United States. The box indicates the product was manufactured in China. I eliminated several other options because they are manufactured in China. I prefer to purchase American manufactured items.

Do not buy

The handheld shower spray adjustment button completely stopped working after one week. This shower head actually reduced the water pressure coming out to the point that on one setting it was barely tricking out. The strongest massage setting was lighter than the regular setting on our old shower. This was a complete waste of money and now need to replace. I’ll do more research before I purchase the next one.

When I received my item, it was virtually the same as the one I was trying to replace. The stream power was bad and the cord was short. The actual shower heads felt plastic. I was disappointed especially paying over 100 for a shower head. I actually returned it and just got a longer cord for my original one and it works better than this one now

Can’t Get Wet

Brand new product and the water seems to trickle out. Because of the paltry water flow, and it is not my water pressure, I have to constantly move around to get wet and rinse off. Takes me twice as long as it should to take a shower. I wished I hadn’t bought it.

plastic junk

We bought this to replace our old head. It looked nice in the package. If it worked as intended it would be great, however, they installed a water-saving device that is impossible to remove. I live in Nevada, and I'm water conscious, but I use more water trying to shower, not to mention my time. We ditched the main head and just used the wand directly installed to the pipe. Waste of money. Shame on you Delta and your cheap products.

Great product, I couldn't be more satisfied!!

This is the best shower head I've ever bought and it was surprisingly very simple to assemble as well. This product is well worth what it costs, I highly recommend purchasing this two-in-one shower and shower head. You won't be sorry you did, great investment, no regrets here!!

Adjustment Valve Bleeds Water

Nice looking fixture...but poor quality. The Valve that adjusts from the shower to the hand held does not shut off water totally...it bleeds over between the two. At this price you would expect the valve to shut off the flow totally. Not an unreal expectation...but should not have to worry about that with a new fixture. Water shut off valves are not a new concept...just saying. Always thought Delta was a quality product, but sadly a name does not stand for much anymore.

I can only use the inside portion of the showerhead because when I turn on the outside portion, there’s enough water pressure to use it and it states in the instructions. If you remove the water regulator, it will avoid the warranty and can cause the showerhead to fail. If I wouldn’t have had to pay someone to install it, I would have returned it and bought a single handle showerhead.

Button to change sprays breaks

The button stopped working within 45 days. I exchanged it at HD for another unit and that one just failed the same way. The button failed again so the spray pattern cannot be changed. I will return the 2nd unit and try something different.
