Make sure pipe is lined up straight with the inlet fitting or the union will not seal.

Outdoor shower at the beach
Perfect for my outdoor shower. This is actually a replacement. The previous set up cracked - not properly emptied over the winter - froze - cracked.
There is a drain plug on fixture!
Live in the north east, by the water. My main concern was winterizing my outdoor shower. I was pleased to see there is a drain plug under the two handles. With my water lines pitched towards the shower head there is no need to buy an air compressor and hose to blow out the lines . A big plus! What you see on line is exactly what you get. Once I opened it up a held it you could feel the QUALITY. Beautiful finish. I know i will get many years of use from this
