I agree with other reviewer as to having a proper connection to pipe. I used the supplied adapter that seems to be 1/2 inch pipe thread, but I could not get to completely seal to 1/2 inch pipe thread fitting, even when using Teflon pipe thread tape.
Really awesome pot filler. I dont know what we would do without this. It is very well made and will stand up to the toughest kitchens.
Heavy duty. This saves us a ton of space in the server station. Fill up the carafes, and glasses in no time. It was a little difficult to find the correct adapter for the plumbing.
