I have used GROHE plumbing products for well over 20+ years. They still work well and look great.

PRESSURE HOSE part#:4544200 ship out one week late and it appears to be different to the original part its diameter is small than the original part. When I installed it, it easily bent.

Hose Kinks

The hose needs to be a bit longer or more flexible. When replacing the old hose of the exact same size, the new hose started to kink when bent into the shape of the existing hose.

Designed for wide spaced Grohe faucet

Good product but a 12-inch hose tends to kink and restrict water flow if the faucet handles are not spaced far enough from the spout (need approx 6-8 inches).

The cost and time for repairs

I have had growing products in our bathrooms and kitchen for years they work well look good with little trouble but when something goes wrong. It takes time to get the parts and wow the cost, ouch!!!

Good product, terrible service

The universal hose was an excellent fit. However, they sent me extra items that I wasn’t charged nor requested. The customer service won’t email or return my call to return the item. It is somewhat dysfunctional.
