Works well. Magnet broke. good warranty service.
We bought the product in 2021 and it has worked well with the exception of the magnetic connection. It started rusting after a year and fully broke 3 years later. The warranty service was very good and no jumping through hoops. It seems they must know it’s an issue. But I’ll have new parts shortly.
$200 of Garbage
Out of the box and installed by a licensed plumber, faucet leaked where spray head is attached to supply hose.
So Beautiful and Elegant!
This faucet is beautiful and perfect. The installation instructions, however, were a nightmare. It took me hours to figure out how to install it because none of the parts were identified and numbered, as with most installation manuals. Plus they displayed images of optional ways and parts, which weren’t included with the unit. Once I figured it all out, it went smoothly. I have no regrets buying it. It is exactly what I wanted and looks beautiful
Delta Touch2o is Junk
Delta Touch2o Faucet turns on and off in an uncontrolled fashion. We tried to file a warranty claim for a new faucet but were informed that Delta would only send parts out. Delta's Troubleshooting: moving the battery pack an inch this way or that way, move the clip up a quarter of an inch. Send us some pictures. None of which fix anything. Delta's Solution: "we aren't going to replace the faucet--we'll just send some parts that might fix the problem." Delta's Warranty is a joke.
a very big change!
Using this product is very different from the traditional kitchen faucet. I love that you can touch the faucet to get it started, but sometimes an accidental touch will turn it off. Nothing crazy, just a little annoying. And while you don't need to touch the knob to start the water, you do need to touch the knob to adjust the temperature! I think this is a great feature if you know exactly what kind of temperature you'll need for a specific project like washing dishes by hand. The spray nozzle moves easily, but when grabbing it, I accidentally touch the faucet just above it, and wind up turning the water off! :( The spray itself isn't that strong or thorough... that could be better. The faucet swivels side-to-side very easily. I have yet to experiment with the "bubble" spray feature. I don't even know what that could possibly be good for. All in all, my family likes the new faucet. It'll take some getting used to.

The installation took our handyman about 40 minutes to complete which included removing old faucet. The Delta sprayer faucet included all of the necessary parts for the complete installation. The parts included the battery pack with batteries that charged the touch faucet. The touch faucet worked perfectly. We had to become accustomed to the touch controls when using the faucet. Over the past two days of using the faucet, we are enjoying the convenience of the touch feature. I only wonder how long the batteries will last before I must replace them? The soap dispenser is still a little rigid, but I assume it will become more flexible with use. The new Delta faucet enhances our kitchen appearance.

AMAZING Design!
We have used Delta faucets in the rest of our home for 25 years with no complaints so we wanted to buy Delta again. We went with the Touch2O version and so glad we did. It's actually fun to use this faucet! The design is amazing...it recognizes a touch to swivel the faucet to the other sink basin without turning the water on, but readily turns on by touching it too. It is like it reads our minds! We love how we can turn the water on and off with the touch of our arm or back of the hand. The pull down spray is a great feature but the magnetic retraction is where it really feels like a quality faucet...the pull down nozzle smoothly retracts and gently seats itself perfectly. It took us no time at all to get use to the features on this faucet. In fact, within days, we found ourselves tapping the exterior of the other faucets in our house expecting them to also turn on and off just like this kitchen faucet. The temperature indicator is nice since we have to run our water for a bit before getting hot water for dishes. We can turn the faucet on, continue to clean the kitchen and visually look to see if the indicator is magenta or red telling us we have hot water. We installed the faucet ourselves and located the on/off arm in front of the neck (rather than off to the right) so that when we adjust the pressure or temperature with our dripping wet hands, we are doing so over the sink and not over the countertop. If you are in doubt, it's definitely worth the money to try this faucet. We highly recommend.

I recommend this product with caution! When my plumber came to install the faucet it had a defective part. The plumber contacted Delta and they sent another part but not the correct part. The plumber called again to order the correct part and Delta told him to have me purchase another faucet and they would give me a 30% discount! Why should the customer have to buy another whole product to replace a brand new faucet that was defective?! Delta did finally send the correct part and after the plumber's third trip to my house at no extra charge I am very happy with this faucet. Bottom line... Delta needs to work on their customer service.
leak from head
Ours is a Charmaine without the touch feature. Been noticing a drip from the faucet head, Spoke with customer service--and a new part was sent to us--under warranty. Handle needs to be removed with an allen wrench to remove and replace the faulty part!! sounds easy--but screw is in the back or the bottom--21/2 in clearance between back splash or counter--allen wrench fits ok--but, just spins around and cannot loosen the screw. Looking at it in a mirror appears totally smooth as if it had been stripped. Customer service has no answer for me--they say to drill it out but I do not have a drill that will make it into a small space like that. No answer for us --could not speak to a supervisor--but we shall get a call back--yea RIGHT!!! Any answers?????? installed 41/2 years ago!! Always preferred Delta--now I am not sure!!
Excellent to build quality except for the battery box.
I like everything about this faucet except for the battery box. Keeps popping open on me because it's spring loaded as poorly made plastic clips. You can remedy it with a rubber band but I feel like for a $300 faucet this shouldn't be necessary. Everything else about this fixture is great!! My last one (slightly different model) less than 7 years until solonoid failed. It was cheaper to buy this one as a replacement, so I thought I could give it a go instead of risking more things breaking down the line. It has a new spray feature which limits the splash back. The solenoid is also quieter than older models, and it has a nifty light in the base that indicates the temperature of the water. I would recommend this faucet, just beware if it suddenly stops working check the battery box and make sure it's closed.
Like the Touch & Water Temp Light Features
I really like this faucet and its two extra features: 1) the touch on & off, and 2) the temperature light that tells you how hot the water is. I also appreciate that this faucet comes shrink wrapped AND with an extra anti-theft device on the box, because I had to return another faucet (different manufacturer) becomes someone had swiped the electronic component in the store. Be warned though that this faucet is more complicated to install. My plumber hadn't seen this before so I had to contact Delta, who had me send pictures, and then Delta looked at them and sent clarifying instructions and links on the installation. I had to bring my plumber back. Delta customer service is best through Facebook. Their published phone number does not work; their website help form gives an error message; and they do not return emails - which is kind of horrific.
Disappointed
I had a similar faucet from Delta for like 5 years. My wife and I loved it. After few days we had problem with water running or stops by itself. Or we were not able to turn it on or turn it off. But I figured it out that batteries holder has to be tighten with duck tape and be placed at right spot. Then it was working just fine. Mostly time. Only reason why we needed to change old faucet was broken magnet that holds the sprayer. Noting really bad after 5 years daily us. Why I am really disappointed is that I was hoping Delta figured it out within 5 years where the problem between batteries box and faucet was. My mistake. Our new faucet was working properly maybe for 2 days top. Then you hear running water but nobody was in kitchen... Water stops... Few time touching, no water or water was still running. I was trying to do the same thing as before. But this time I did not have luck. After few times we pulled and used the sprayer, hose moved wires coming from batteries box to faucet and I needed to go under sink over and over again... Also, you need someone to touching faucet to see if you get wires to correct position or not. Or you have to go under faucet and stand up to try and go back under... Like I said, we loved touch option and temp indicator. For someone it does not make sense to have it. But you are able to keep doing what you did and just check out color to see how hot water is. You do not have to place hand under water many times and waiting around sink. Even after all these good things I gave up. I prefer faucet I am able to use when I have something in sink and I am standing. Not faucet I have to spend a lot of time under sink to be able to use it. We are back with regular faucet
Awkward to use low volume !!!
1 The volume of water is so low it takes forever to fill up a pot or pitcher. It’s literally 1/2 the flow of my old faucet

My family and I love this touch sensitive kitchen faucet. We previously had a Delta kitchen faucet with the standard valve, and while the faucet itself worked great, I had two minor issues with it.

This is not much more involved than any other single holed kitchen faucet. Yes, the faucet it self, can be installed whether you have one two or three holes from the original installation, there is an included escutcheon. It will also fit a deck thickness up to 2 1/2" and if you have a cast iron sink you need to use the included Spacer so there is no metal to metal contact with the sink and faucet shank. If you have a fourth hole you can utilize the soap dispenser. I Installed this on a 28" w x 16"d x 10" h single bowl stainless steel sink with a garbage disposer in the center of the sink, which meant the faucet was directly behind it but up 10 inches to the bottom counter top. Thankfully once everything was out from under the cabinet there was enough space to access the bottom of the faucet and the two shut off valves. As with anything new and electronic you have learning curve, mainly once the valve is turned on manually anywhere you touch it except the pull down spray head it will turn on or off. I probably use the stream, the spray and shield spray in that order and you have to hold the shield spray on manually the whole time your utilizing it. A nice safety is the auto shut off after 4 minutes. The water temp indicator at the base is a nice touch too. If you read the box it says " All Delta faucets are guaranteed for life. The product overview says Lifetime Limited Warranty and 5 year electronics. Yes you will have to change the batteries in 2 to 5 years, depending on use. Believe me this will spoil you after a while, but at least it will spoil you for years to come it's a Delta.

The Charmaine kitchen faucet looks great. It's a sleek design that's easy to clean. The pull down sprayer is convenient and because it doesn't require extra counter space you can install the included soap dispenser in its place or you can opt for a cleaner look with just a single hole mounted faucet. A 3 hole adapter is provided if your sink is already drilled.

This stainless faucet is gorgeous but the touch feature isn't perfect on the one I received. I have to touch it on/off more than once or it drips when it should be off. It can be operated manually but, for the price, the touch option should be perfect. It was installed by a master plumber who has experience installing touch faucets so I doubt that there was an issue with installation that caused the intermittent dripping. When it works, though, it is really cool. There is an LED light indicating whether the water is hot or cold. It has a choice of straight stream, spray or the shieldspray (see photos). The matching soap dispenser is an excellent addition so you never have your dish washing liquid out of reach. You can't go wrong with Delta and we've owned many Delta faucets over the years. That's why it is surprising that this faucet isn't perfect. It seems like it is more sensitive to touch in one area so when it is touched there, it doesn't drip when it should be off. I will learn to touch it in that place every time and hope that solves the dripping issue and makes this the best faucet we've owned. We will invest in the A/C adapter in the future so we aren't relying on the enclosed batteries (two year predicted battery life). We are installing stainless steel backsplash tiles and it is going to look great with those.

Very well built and nice looking faucet with great features! This is a faucet with all of the bells and whistles. Not only does the finish look great, but the touch feature and temperature indicator are added bonuses. Also the matching soap dispenser is nice.

Faucet is made with excellent craftsmanship and the design is also attractive and appealing. This faucet fits 1,2,3, or 4 hole applications. The faucet was shipped well packaged. The finish was flawless. Installation was straight forward, not unlike other Delta faucets I have installed. There are a few extra steps to install the Touch 20 parts, but the instructions are very good, I followed the instructions step by step and encountered no issues with the installation. The Touch20 segment of the installation merely involved installing the solenoid and battery pack. The batteries are stated to last up to 2 years. The sprayer of this unit is great! Nice water force to clean food debris off dishes or utensils. The spray holes are a rubber like material so they are easy to clean without disassembly and the use of chemicals. The water supply lines were included so no extra expense to purchase those. This faucet has a LIFETIME warranty on parts and finishes. This is a great faucet for ADA applications since you do not have to manually reach and turn on the lever. The faucet looks very "high end". It may cost a bit more than some other similar looking faucets but the price point is very good considering the craftsmanship, warranty, and features.
