Looks as expected. Very nice quality! I wanted the brushed bronze but didn’t want to spend the extra money when this will do just fine. Doing a kitchen remodel so trying to minimize cost where I can without compromising on my taste and over all quality. This was a small compromise for cost sake only. Quality and taste is on point.

Love this faucet!

Recently renovated my kitchen. I chose the spot shield stainless for its ability to resist spotting. It works great! Better than I expected! Theres no spotting, the water stream is as expected, the faucet head stays in place securely. I’m very pleased.

Delta Essa Kitchen faucet

As always, Delta makes quality faucets. Looks great and plenty of space between faucet head and sink border. Plumber said we should enjoy it for many years. It even came with the under cover plate with shanks for added seal and sturdiness beneath the metal cover plate.

Love all of the great features like the way you can turn it on with only a touch. And the light warns you the temperature setting so that you’re not surprised.The Sheildspray feature is great. It’s big and it swivels 360 degrees. Perfect!

The Ophelia faucet is so nice. I like the different sprayer functions and the color is spot on. Looks very sturdy and is easy to keep water spots off. Just what I wanted! Thanks Wayfair!

This faucet looks great and works well. I get lots of compliments on it. My only issue is if you don’t shut it off just right, it will remain on a trickle. After using it for a couple of weeks, I have the hang of it, but that’s the only downside.

personal chef's dream faucet

Loved the sleek features of this product but most of all wanted something really easy to use while cooking. I feel like a kid who just purchased the best toy. Super easy to install. Makes my sink area look neat, and bigger. Love it

Old faucet bit the dust a week before out of town guest arrived. Had purchased a powder room faucet from Wayfair so decided to look at your site first. Design, price and color were the reason I stuck with Wayfair again. Dependable fast free delivery as usual.

This item does not work well with poor water pressure. AND, in less than two weeks, the touch feature became sluggish and groans when it turns the water off. Even so, it does keep me from touching the faucet with sticky hands. Don't go for the Shield. It does not work as displayed. Go simple.

If we tap the faucet handle just below the valve or at the bottom it drips 3-4 drops of water onto the counter.

Would not purchase a Touch faucet again.

The Touch feature fid not work properly when installed. The plumber suggested i call the manufacturer. The problem is I cant afgord having the plumber come back to reinstall. So we are using the faucet without this feature.

This faucet is stunning in my kitchen. I love it. It has 360 turn access as well as a few different spray options. Having the handle on the side allows for complete space in your sink. The look is great. It is not the same old typical faucet. Perfect and I recommend it. It works extremely well with zero leaks.

Amazing product!!

I had a custom kitchen put in our home 10 years ago, and used this faucet. I loved it SO much, that when we moved to our dream house, and remodeled the kitchen, I put this exact same faucet in both kitchen sinks. I think it's one of my favorite features of the kitchen. We did have an issue with the sprayer, and customer service was amazing and sent a replacement sprayer immediately, and now it works perfectly again. It's beautiful, and I highly recommend. Once you've had a "touch" faucet, you never go back.

Much improved product and fantastic service!

Delta has improved their touch faucets! The battery pack is now fully enclosed and has "feet" to elevate the pack off the surface in the event of water leakage. The pull down spout now has a plastic (vs metal) border so no more rusting! The install was super easy, but I did have an issue with the faucet leaking at the spout. I called customer service, and the lady was so knowledgeable and helpful! In less than 20 minutes, she walked me through the steps to fix the issue (filter on the solenoid had to be washed out). It's almost miraculous these days to be able to get a hold of a human on the phone in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this or any other Delta product!!!

The faucet is has a very nice finish. Instalation was ok, could have been better. In order to turn faucet on and off I have to touch the bottom portion of the faucet near the handle for it to work consistently. Touching the spout or the arm doesn't work that well. I also had to wrap the stem (the brass part the holds the sink in place with nut) that goes through the sink with electrical tape to prevent it from touching the sink. It will not operate properly it it does. I could not get it to work properly without doing this.

Completely useless in less than a year!

The faucet looks great. And when it works, it's nice. But that's the catch. We started having issues with the touch working. We'd touch it, the light would turn on, but no water. Keep in mind, we started having issues within 6 months. HD was no help and Delta refuses to respond. It's been about 9 months and now I can't get it to work at all. We have a waterless touch faucet.

Perspective Changing

I initially wanted a replacement a sink faucet which was eleven years old. My wife suggested trying a touch-sensitive faucet. I did not think it would make any difference. A faucet is a faucet. My only concern was an electrical outlet for the transformer. Changing batteries beneath the sink was not something I wanted to do. I ordered the Ophelia touch-sensitive faucet along with the transformer to plug it into an outlet. Having installed a faucet before, positioning and installation was easy. The instructions might be a tad sparse for someone who has never installed a faucet before but of course, once installed, it seems easy. The only reason I am writing this review is because this faucet has completely changed my view on the utility of using a kitchen faucet. In addition to eliminating the mechanical act of flipping a lever, the simple act of touching the faucet saves a lot of water. A lot of water. According to my wife, it is one of the best improvements we have made to our kitchen.
