Poor Water pressure

This shower head was recommended to me by a local plumbing store when I told them I wanted a shower head with great water pressure but it’s a big fail. Wish there was a way to try it out before spending money on it. Now I’ll have to eat the costs and try another shower head.

To tell the truth I did not install this, but my person said it was a breeze. Have been using it for about two months. No drips or leaks. Love the three options for various pressure. It was expensive, but worth every penny

This is an amazing showerhead. I used this unit to replace the original Hansgrohe shower system I had installed originally fifteen years ago. I wanted the same or better quality Hansgrohe hand unit and got that with this shower head. It was a quick and easy install and is a joy to use.

I bought this specifically due to it being an "Axor" line which I read was the only line from Hansgrohe still being made in Germany (rather than China). I assumed that meant chrome plated brass (metal) parts as well. This is made of plastic, not metal, and the chrome finish scratched from just rubbing against the cardboard box when removing it from the packaging. This will not hold up a good aesthetic appearance over time, and I worry what will happen if it drops and hits the shower floor. I'll probably return it and look for something more sturdy, or less expensive if plastic.

Well made, but the pressure is low so it takes a long time to get the soap off the body. Perhaps the head is too large so it disperses the water over a large area, reducing thereby the pressure.

This is the best shower head. I had a Hans Grohe for many years (10 to 15) and was sorry I was going to have to replace it. It was the best shower ever. That's why I stayed with this brand. Though things have changed a lot, they are more plastic than metal it works as good if not better. *(I did remove the flow restrictor) I use all three settings on this. It's the first shower head that I actually use the message setting. Excellent, even bought my Daughter one.
