Diverter already broke

Have had about 4 months and in addition to being hard to use, the Diverter has now broken off. Run away. This is a terrible design. Their sink faucet pull up is also difficult to use.

A little difficult to install but beautiful

Took away one start as Wayfair Canada do not carry the rough in valve or flag you that you need it as it usually does. I had to buy the rough in else where

Delta Stryke deckmount tub filler with handheld spray

Bought and installed valve on an addition for a customer. The product is solid ( heavy) and is very good quality. Customer was very pleased with not seeing it in person before we installed it. They were very happy and left good reviews for the project build. Would recommend again

Gorgeous, but....

The faucet is absolutely gorgeous, works great, no issues, except that the lever to turn on the hand-held shower unit is extremely difficult to use. It was installed by a plumber. The only way to describe is that the spring mechanism inside is wound very tight. So that, together with the fact that the location of it (behind the faucet) makes it difficult to reach, and the lever has a very small "lip" to grasp/push up in order to activate the hand-held shower, makes it hard to use. I can manage to get it to work, but not easily. I did write to Delta's customer service and they even shipped me out a new inner spring mechanism, but I'm not about to start uninstalling and reinstalling the faucet.

After receiving the wrong product based on the description that was on your website your representative that I called was very polite and took care of me on a return then I ordered a new unit and I think she’s expedited the shipment because I got it three days later on a Sunday. She went above and beyond on service for sure.
