Hand Shower replacement
Grohe was very helpful when I contacted them about replacing a very old shower head. They responded quickly to my issue and suggested a reasonable replacement part. It came quickly, and was easy to set up. Thanks for all the help Grohe people!

received my shower head but item was packed in a box that was not sealed and also shower head received was not the same as what I ordered altho the description on box was correct. unfortunately I noticed this discrepancy after I hv fixed the head. am very disappointed as I bought it from Hoe Kee becos I thought this is a trusted seller.
i bought one else where and it exploded. this was to replace that one. so far so good.

Great, nice hand shower.
Very nice substitute for my old/discontinued Relaxa hand shower. As per Grohe customer support, I bought this new style "Tempesta" and it works well. Thank you so much!
No Hose
I'm shopping for hand helds and was almost clicking add to cart but noticed it doesn't come with a hose. So then I checked out hoses. It makes this affordable hand shower into a not affordable hand shower. $75 for a hose for a $39 shower head? Hard pass on this one.
