I paid a lot of money for garbage..Why would you make a product like this without a hot cold hookup built in..and now after only 2 years..the head just fell off for no reason..this is junk..and Im being polite! I dont want to offend by what I really want to say

Disappointing product for price

brakes fast

Does not come with the water control handles. So it is not a complete unit. It has had several parts brake off. We bought this in 2020 and travel and gone most of the time. It again needs another part. For the price it should have last without constant issues.

Missing pieces

I was so excited to get this! I waited 2 weeks since it was a special order. The contractor was trying to install but pieces were missing so sadly I had to return.

Looks great. Works well - My only thing right now is figuring out why it has very little water pressure.

I like this shower head. My husband installed in in the shower. It works great. No need to replace tile.

Nice spray...but it humms

Super easy to install, and it looks great. All the functions work as they should. More than high enough for me at 6'1", but that will depend on your shower head height. However, it hums and rattles slightly when it starts running. Sometimes it stops after a moment, other times it remains noisy the entire shower.

Very nice shower system. Nicely add and excellent price. A little surprised the shower head was plastic. Description states main material is metal, but there is more plastic than described.

It’s fine the spray on the hand held shower is not what I thought it was on the pulse spray. The 3 spray nozzles need more ability for movement for the water to hit you better.
