When I unpackaged this set I missed two small pieces in the box that I threw away. I contacted Casainc customer to purchase those two pieces. They sent me a picture to identify what I needed. A few days later the two pieces showed up free of charge! Well Done! The set is beautiful and I would highly recommend this company as they know how to do customer satisfaction!

Awesome tub and shower set. I bought the matte black and its amazing. The lady can't get enough of the showering experience. I get to enjoy the true benefits of this smart purchase nightly. Do yourself a favor and opt for the larger shower head. Mine is 12 inches.

Dream shower

We wanted the ultimate shower system that I could install ourselves. We found it with this product. The parts are of good quality and most of all customer service was exceptional when I had an issue with the diverted valve. They sent a replacement quickly along with a video on how to replace it easily. This a great product that is reasonably priced.

Beautiful bathroom update

We installed this shower system in our recently renovated bathroom. It is just beautiful, and we love the rain shower head, and the convenience of the hand held.

Everything about this shower system is high quality! From the diverter body to the heads, even the way it was packaged. Very happy with this system that made the final touches on our dream shower!!!!

bad quality

Have only had the system installed 2 weeks and the bar connecting the rain showerhead to the water pipe in the wall is shootting up water from small holes in thr top of the bar. No working phone number available to call the manufacter.

Modern Look

Very modern looking, and my plumber said it would cost over $500. Thank you for selling such good product.
