Great Unit, fit perfectly to the Jacuzzi tub unit, looks clean and crisp

broken toe tap before ever being used, upon installation.

This is unacceptable. From Jacuzzi? Really? I've been holding the line for over 12 minutes so far right now. They act like this is so surprising, give me a break. I see all these reviews.

I can't believe I bought this piece of junk, taking the advice of the showroom sales person. The toe tap broke after 3 uses.

Toe tap also broken

Wish I’d read these reviews before we purchased the tub 6 months ago. We’ve used the toe tap maybe 5 times and it now will not stay closed so it’s useless. Really disappointed that Build/Ferguson would continue to allow this product to be sold if every review is negative.

Another bummer toe tap

I'm now on the hunt for my third, that's right THIRD, toe tap in less than a year. HALP. Should we just replace the hole kit for something else? Is there something else?

Toe Tap stuck down after 1 month of use

After only a month of use the toe tap drain is stuck down and the tub wouldn't even drain. I reached out to Jacuzzi customer service through the email they posted on others with similar issues. Their response was that they do not have repair parts for the drain kits available and directed to me to a parts wholesaler with a link to a product that doesn't even match this one.

Toe tap stopper broke in 3 uses

The toe-tap stopper broke on the 3rd use - ridiculous. I called Jacuzzi - the only solution they could give me was to pay for the entire part ($150) for the replacement stopper. Eventually they directed me to a rare parts website. Still didn't want to pay their $60 price for a replacement I expect will break in short order. Do NOT recommend.

Another frustrated customer

I bought MF35959 through a Ferguson rep and unfortunately didn't see the reviews here first. The toe tap is already broken after less than a year of use. This was just installed 8 months ago at the most. I have no idea where you even get a replacement toe tap without repurchasing the entire unit.

Toe Tap Drain not very durable

House was sold in July 2022. March of 2023 - new owner says the toe dap drain is not working. Had to order the whole piece to replace the toe tap part...

Modern + Beautiful ... but not very durable

Agree with another review the toe tap drain for Jacuzzi Linea tub is very modern and beautiful aesthetic but broke very easily. I have had no drain plug in my tub for some time now and the cost to replace and have a plumber be able to remove the threaded part is such a pain. Would love some support and help from Jacuzzi on this very delicate part.

Beautiful and fit perfectly but the rubber stopper part doesn’t seal correctly in cold weather causing water to leak through and drain.

Toe Tap Drain is very sensitive and has broken twice with very limited use

This is a pretty toe tap and adds to the aesthetic of the tub, but unfortunately it has broken twice and now is beyond repair. I was so excited for this soaker tub and now I am not able to use it. It seems a little too sensitive and not well constructed after very little use.

TOE TAP DRAIN

This is a must have for this tub. I had a turn knob on another tub and it was really hard to operate with wet fingers and hands. I've so glad that I asked for this. It's SO easy to tap with your toe to open or close the drain.

Linear drain kit

I love the Jacuzzi linear toe tap drain kit.It works great and adds a touch of elegance to our newly remodeled bathroom.

Poor choice of pipe materials.

The metal pieces for the drain and the overflow look nice, but the pipe and fittings are not great quality, and no flexibility built in to make installation less complicated. Expected a lot better for a $1000 tub
