Don't waste your money...

Bought for hi-end kitchen remodel. VoiceIQ finicky to connect-uses old technology. When connected, it's so inaccurate as to be worthless (and yes, we have reliable water pressure). Delta replaced first solenoid but took about a month to receive. New one wasn't accurate either AND 1 YEAR LATER, IT TOO FAILED. So now we're looking at another replacement.

The Delta Trinsic Pulldown Touchless Faucet is a sleek and modern addition to any kitchen. It features touchless technology (tap to turn on and off) easy installation, durable build, and excellent functionality. The built in LED at the base is so cool for temperature monitoring and such a cool feature that gets people asking about it! I did have to purchase a plate to install to cover the holes as I had a three hole faucet and this is a one hole installation. The faucet is stylish, convenient, and reliable, making it a top-notch product for any modern kitchen. The pulldown feature is so nice, not having another thing to wipe down is a pleasant perk, as I had a typical independent sprayer. This is easily the nicest faucet I’ve ever used and the touch less feels so upscale. I recommend this faucet if you can splurge!

I received this product free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. First of all this faucet has a Wow factor, it is sleek, elegant and well designed. When it first comes out of the box, the number of parts may be slightly intimidating to someone with limited plumbing experience (like me) but the instructions are clear and it all goes together very easily. I was able to complete my install from box to running water in about 35 minutes. The mixing valve is easy to reach and operate and can be set to either side or to the front if you prefer. This is the first faucet I have owned with an automatic on/off sensor. If you are on the fence on it, let me tell you YOU NEED ONE! I never really understood the purpose until I finished mixing a batch of meatballs and only had to hold my hands near the faucet to turn the water on. This is a well made product, suitable for a luxury kitchen and I would highly recommend this faucet! It is definitely worth the price.

This faucet is so nice I love all the features !! The LED lights work so well and smoothly and I LOVE the touchless feature it’s so convenient and responsive ! It looks massive in the box but once installed it actually looks so nice and sleek. I will say the little handle isn’t as easy to use and it does get fingerprints easily but it’s actually really easy to clean and can be used touchless anyways so it’s not an issue. Installation seemed intimidating but actually wasn’t that bad at all, the instructions are very helpful. The pull down nozzle is also so convenient especially for washing larger pots and it works really well. We’re so happy with it, such a nice upgrade to our kitchen !!

This could be of best faucet I have owned, and he designed is elegant but sleek the curve of the spout is designed perfectly so it doesn't splash water everywhere on the counter top the features are EXTREMELY easy to use and understand and great for messy hands so your not constantly wiping down the faucet. The spray nozzle is perfectly designed to use with one hand the water pressure is great and the feature that shows the water temperature is a life saver. The faucet and all components were very easy to install it took about 20 minutes and if the directions are not enough, then there is QR codes to scan so you can watch a video install directions both solenoids for the touch20 and voice integration are easy a few things I would change the on and off valve should not have to remain open to use the touchless and touch20 technology and for the voice IQ need a separate plug. It's not very convenient because having it plugged in is the only way that it can be configured and work even though there is a battery pack that powers the solenoid above for the touch20. All in all, it seems like a very well built and thought out the faucet well worth the price..

Rust Issues

We also experienced the rust issue. The magnet that holds the pull down portion in place rusts if it gets wet (no, not from a constant leak internal, but if you ever get water on your faucet). It causes the $600+ faucet to bulge at this interface and is now offset from how it originally came. We did call Delta, who acknowledged this "very common" issue and they sent the replacement parts and spares because they know it's going to be replaced yearly. Good service, awful product. Don't recommend.

Great Faucet. Our second one in 3 years.

We have had this same faucet in our kitchen for 3 years and love it. I like the force of the power spray. I also like that the switch does not turn back to normal water flow when the water it turned off. It stays in whatever mode it was last placed in. My only complaint is about the manufacturing quality. We are Delta fans and their products are typically delivered in perfect working order. However, this particular item had a bad valve and dripped after it was installed. We had to call Delta and have them ship us a new valve which will not arrive for 8-10 business days. I could have had the unit uninstalled, returned it to Lowe's for replacement, and had it reinstalled. Instead, we just decided to wait for the new valve.

I was so excited to use our Trinsic Voice IQ Faucet - I loved the look of it, and the ability to use Alexa to turn on the water, heat it up etc. Oh how our cats would love it, and our small kids too. We had a professional plumber install it (he is a part of the contracting team who remodeled our kitchen) and all was well at first though the faucet was having issues connecting with Alexa. No problem, my husband is tech savvy and I figured we could address it later. We utilized it for months without the voice activated software, simply using the touch on and off to turn on the water. I noticed a slight drip by the knob of the faucet, and also under the sink. These are issues we will take up with the plumber on Monday. My husband just got a Echo Dot Home Mini and is still frustrated with the inability to connect the faucet to either system. I am going to try and initiate a return but I do not know if this is permitted. DO NOT be fooled by the look or price of this, this is actual garbage. I wish I had gotten a less expensive version but I went with the Delta name and I'm shocked they would not address so many negative issues associated with this product. We are to blame for not reading more reviews and doing due diligence prior to purchasing. Save yourself frustration, money, and time and go with another brand and product.

I was really looking forward to installing this and couldnt wait to test the touch2O features. Installation was quite easy compared to some of the others i have installed over the years. The kit included everything I needed minus the tools, which is normal, and i was able to install it pretty quickly. The only thing I really had trouble with are the supply lines. I would have preferred the flexible type connection, but it came with the plastic type. I watched a video on Delta's website on how to install it, and it said to bend them slightly in a circular pattern if they were too long or I could them according to the instructions.

This Delta single handle kitchen faucet was chosen by my wife simply because of how attractive it appeared in the ad however Delta might have released this product way prematurely before everything was in order prior to sale. There is neither detailed parts listing nor disassembly pictorial typical of every faucet sold today. I for one require a parts listing so that I can be assured this is a repairable faucet other than being a throwaway once it leaks or malfunctions. Exacerbating matters is the fact this faucet lacks a escutcheon sink plate so installation for me is delayed until I can chase down this base plate (RP64070 escutcheon). Not everyone currently has single hole sinks or countertops which makes it very important such a base plate is provided to cover up legacy 3 and 4 hole kitchen sinks. This kitchen faucet has lots and lots of proprietary and unique hoses and plastic parts which give me pause if this is the correct material to use if longevity and reliability are desired. The faucet was packaged and delivered in pristine condition which is a plus for Delta. Right now, I’m busy chasing down this RP64070 escutcheon plate locally and dread having to order the item online which will waste another week to 10 days to complete this kitchen faucet installation. If Delta is reading all these posted reviews how about including this base plate?....it couldn’t cost but another dollar to include this item!
