Touch sensor does not work!

The touch sensor does not work well. It does not respond to an actual bare finger touch. We be to cover our finger with a paper towel or napkin to get it to activate. Very frustrating given how expensive it is.

Disappointed in American Standard

Bought this faucet in 2020 and two years later it is leaking. I’m so disappointed in American Standard. Such a beautiful faucet for it not to last longer.

Works well

A little extra work with all of the additional hoses that run through the control box but it works fine. Makes a little noise depending on the water flow.

Leaking badly after 4 years

This was fine for 4 years then it developed several leaks in the hose just above the spray head.

Slow Flow

This faucet on High has low pressure. Takes a longer time for our water to heat up due to the slow flow out of this faucet. We plan to buy a new one even though this one costed more.

Faulty Faucet

The faucet doesn’t measure like it’s supposed to. Customer service is supposed to send us a new part, bier haven’t received it. It frustrating to purchase a prod, pay to have it installed and it doesn’t work correctly. Plus, if it has to be replaced I’m sure your company won’t pay the bill for the plumbing company to do the work. Right now I have no faith in your products.

good luck recalibrating it

The manual says “Nothing, zero info, nata, xip” about how to recalibrate the unit once it gets out of sync and no longer works as advertized. I even spent several hours holding on the phone trying to get this simple question answered. What did i get for my efforts? “Nothing, zero info, nata, xip”

Smart product and great customer service

I bought this faucet 5 months back and wanted to give a good try before writing this review. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. Elegant design, smart faucet and great customer services. When I got the faucet installed, I had some issue with water leak but when I called customer services they fixed the issue in no time. I would highly recommend this product and American Standard products in general.

Does not secure to well on my new counter top. Calling company to see if installation kit can be changed with longer screws that came with the product.

The features are remarkable

I bought my faucet about six months ago and faucet had a unique attachment to the sink. The bottom nut was u shaped with three screws to lock the nut in place. The threaded pipe above the sink screwed into the base of the faucet, but the base is not a solid circle. The pipe dope springs the pipe so that it eventually pulls out. I believe that omitting the pipe dope will make a more solid connection.

Very Nice Kitchen Faucet

Two months and we love our new faucet. Very smooth operating, good looking and easy to use. This replaced a previous American Standard and we have a lot of your brand throughout our home. Excellent Quality.

[Rewarded Review] Sleek and functional

When I first opened the box I was initially skeptical about my ability to install it without calling a plumber as it looked more complicated than the average faucet due to all the hoses and wires. However, the instructions are clear and everything is labelled to make sure you don't mix anything up. The electronic water control module fits neatly under the sink and the separate battery compartment is easy to access at a future date. The use of 4 AA batteries also means no need to call an electrician. The long faucet neck gives you plenty of room to work in your sink and allows you to fill up pitchers with ease. It also swings 180 degrees allowing me to aim anywhere in the sink before even needing to pull out the retractable hose head. The handle has a solid, precise feel to it with no slack like cheaper faucet handles, allowing you to achieve changes in water flow and temperature with minimal effort. The handle is also comfortable to grab yet compact so it's not in the way. The Measurefill feature has a sturdy dial that glides easily, with a subtle click at each measurement so there's no guessing when you adjust the desired volume. Turning on the Measurefill requires no force, a simple touch will do; handy if you are working with ingredients that you don't want to get everywhere. The measurements are labeled in ounces and cups and the button lights up blue when it turns on, adding to the high-tech impression the whole faucet exudes.
