Piece of garbage
If I could give this product a zero I would. It was installed in a new build I purchased last year. I've had to get the plumber back over 10 times to see why the hot water was taking so long, 10 minutes, to come out plus wasn't even hot, under/right at 94 degrees. They tried removing some of the safe guards/water restrictions. Still no change. Finally tried a new cartridge. That seemed to work in the beginning but it still was taking more than 8 minutes to get hot water, now 101 degrees. Finally after 11 months of going insane, I replaced it with a Delta
