We love this - but never use the water curtain due to pressure

We love the look of this shower and the rain and hand wand are great, however the water curtain (which was what we fought it for) barely has enough water coming out to form a “sheet” of water. This is likely because our house has the smaller pipes for water (1/2”?) - so our shower pressure is “ok” but not great. This shower takes A LOT of water to work best I guess - but we didn’t think of this before we had it installed.

Functional but Pricey

The waterfall feature is very good as id the rain shower function. The handheld is plastic and has a decent output. The functionality and the quality of the hand shower don't align with the high price point. I would have given it 5 stars if the price point was a few hundred dollars less

I put this in a high end flip house, loved the sleek modern look and combination of rain & waterfall shower and handheld. Also, used the coordinating waterfall tub filler. I ended up moving into this home, so I've gotten to experience the spa like experience of taking a shower under this shower head & bath in the tub. The rain feature is strong and very relaxing while the waterfall is like a pulsating water massage, and both can work at the same time! I was so happy with the result of this bathroom I was going to give a rave review these product along with the tub, and then came along an incentive, thanks Build.com for being such a great company to work with.

This is a great system- was not familiar with the brand so was a little worried., but now it’s one of our favorite shower systems. Great rainfall feel- plenty of water !!!

So sophisticated!

I bought this for a bathroom remodel and am so pleased with it. Exactly what I desired in both form and function. It looks so good! Although this is a bit expensive as compared to to otheres, I am so glad I made this purchase. I highly recommend this shower system if you want something sophistacated and stylish.

I would never recommend this product

This shower does not allow for temperature control. This was installed in my house and would not pass plumbing code as by law you need to have the temperature on a shower set to 120 degrees or less. Now my plumber has to figure out an alternate solution costing over $450 in order to fix this problem. One would think this would be called out explicitly since this is something that most inexpensive showers have like Kohler, Moen, Grohe, etc. meanwhile is this expensive system. My plumber said to stay away from these niche companies since they aren't easily fixed and to go to a local plumbing supply store in order to make sure you're getting quality plumbing products.

I like it except for the pressure in the handheld

I really love the look of the system. Love how heavy duty everything but the hand held is. The pressure (or coverage really) is great from the shower, so-so with the waterfall and non existent with the hand unit. I've taken the hand unit and hose apart from the wall and the pressure is great from the wall.. cant figure out why it's so poor from the hand unit itself. If I hold the hand unit parallel to the floor so that it sprays straight out the spray will go about 6-12 inches.. scratching my head on this one. Anyone else have an issue with theirs? Called customer service and they didn't really have any suggestions for me. Hose is free and clear and there are no screens or blockages to remove that I can see. Outside of the handheld.. I really like it.

Perfect

Purchased in oil rubbed bronze. Beautiful with simple lines. Shower head has great flow for both the rainfall and waterfall mode. Shower head is very heavy and the control is solid and easy to use. The handheld is fine, but as others mentioned is not of the same high quality.

A+ Quality except for the handheld piece

The shower head and controls are really nice heavy high quality but it's disappointing that the handle held sprayer is plastic.
