The pendant looks fine, but as indicated in the product description - it's not for residential. It has two conductor wire. According to our electrician, with its metal body, it needs three conductor wire to be safe. Otherwise, it's hazardous, isn't up to code, and won't pass an electrical inspection.

I ordered three of these to replace existing over island pendants. These were exactly what I had been looking for! They are modern, clean, complimentary of many different styles~ and they look fabulous! Y'all, I HATE feeling like I've wasted money. I'm a home stylist in Texas with a big new (OLD) house that needs a ton of renovation. These pendants were my first purchase and the second they were installed, I was smitten. Great quality, great price point. I even had one that was delivered damaged and Wayfair quickly shipped out a new one. They didn't miss a beat!
