Loving this set!

My husband and I were able to apply for this 11-piece cookware set because we purchased an induction stovetop recently. What a deal first of all! Secondly, we are very happy with these pots and pans! They are excellent quality you can instantly tell and I love how thin the sides are with the thicker bottom. Easy to clean, fun to cook with and appealing to the eye! I would absolutely recommend this product!

Water remains trapped in all the lids

The only issue we have is that when washing the lids, water remains trapped between the glass and metal rims in all the lids. After submitting pictures of all the lids, the reps at Circulon replied that we should leave the lids to "air dry". However, if not thoroughly rinsed, this would leave the dried soapy residue and any food waste particles which could "flavor" the next meal you use the lids for. Otherwise, we are very happy with this cookware set.

Works Great with Induction Stove

I received my Circulon Hybrid Stainless Steel Cookware Set as a complimentary gift with my Samsung Induction Range. I am really pleased with the quality of the set. It works so well with induction technology. Clean up is easy with the non-stick surface. It is so tough that you can use metal utensils without fear of damaging the cookware. I highly recommend this set for your cooking needs.

Nice pans but...

The pots and pans are well-made and work on my induction stove. But I find that they are not great for eggs because they stick to the "rings." I don't use more than a teaspoon of oil and lower heat so that may be a reason for it. I prefer a spritz of Pam but that is not suggested according to the manufacturer's directions. I previously owned Caphalon pans and, I've only owned the Circulon for about a month so, I am still learning what cooks best in them.

Great pots and pans!

I just bought an induction range and my pots and pans no longer worked for me. These were a gift from Samsun, but were also my pick when I was looking for pans on my own. They are heavy bottom and thin on the sides to balance the weight of the pan, possibly. I can use any utensil and, of course, they work beautifully on my new stove. My only sort of complaint is the lids. The handle on the lids is beautiful and your hand fits perfectly in the curve, but it is very high on the curved lid and makes them a bit more difficult to store.

Not Really Non-Stick

The concept of having alternating concentric rings of non-stick material and stainless steel material makes sense in regards to durability but not anti-stick. After using them a few times, I found that the food does not stick to the black rings but sticks to the stainless steel rings. So I guess that minimizes the effort to scrub the pan to only half of the surface area but it does not make the pans "non-stick" in reality. I would rather be held to using wooden and plastic spatulas versus having to soak and scrub my pans.

threw away a small pan now pot

This has been the worst investment I’ve ever made. The surface is sticky, it burns food easily, and within months, the inner circle started peeling, meaning pieces of the cooking surface ended up in my food. I can’t believe they charge such a high price for something of such poor quality. I’ve been using this product since January, and it’s been a complete disappointment. I would never recommend this product or buy from this brand again. Absolute ripoff.

Disappointing Hybrid Stainless Steel Set Compared to Circulon A1 Series

I received this cookware set as a promotional offer after purchasing a new Samsung induction stove. Since none of my current pots and pans were induction-compatible, I initially purchased the Circulon ScratchDefense A1 Series 9-piece set to use while waiting for the promotion set to arrive.

New cookware I received

Got this set for free with purchase of a new induction range. It beats fast and looks great. My only issue is cleaning. The grooves on the food side surface can be difficult to get clean. It's nice to be able to use a metal utensil on a non-stick pan, and the grooves help protect the surface, but invest in a good bristle brush to reach in tune grooves and you'll save yourself some frustration! The lids also have a handle design that keeps them cooler than regular handles I've used with other cookware, good idea.

Great cookware; stylish

This cookware came with my new appliance. It was one of the deciding factors for us to get the stove we did. After the appliance arrived, I was able to get the serial number of the stove to complete the online form. I was a little nervous because I have read some of the negative reviews on service, delivery delays and condition of the product once delivered. I am happy to report that my new cookware arrived undamaged and within a few days of ordering! Have been using for a few months now and the only issue I have is no matter how much oil I use, the frying pan seems to want to stick some foods. Overall am very happy. They clean up easy! Even the pans with stuck food! Would recommend getting this set! I have even recommended it to my son who just purchased a house and new appliances.

Pretty decent

We got this set for free with the purchase of a stove. Main concern is PFA. We really should not be making pans with this stuff anymore. The quality appears quite good and the raised metal rings all at some of my PFA concerns. The lids are too tall and the ungainly lid handles make this set very difficult to store efficiently

worst service - wouldn't listen

I hate your service. you over drew my bank account, wouldn't listen - i would noo way refer you to anyone, not even an enemy of mine.

Excellent Hybrid Set

Purchased samsung induction range to replace an old electric stove and these were included as promotion. The 11-piece set was a nice upgrade. These aren't true non-stick pans and the idea is similar to Hexclad. The stainless steel protects the non-stick but it isn't as foolproof as a full non-stick pan. Make sure to heat the pan up on medium heat until water drops beads up and rolls around pan, then place oil before cooking. I would avoid using the metal spatula that is included with these unless you are careful not to hit the sides of the pan that are coated with nonstick. The metal spatula is only safe where it hits the stainless steel rings. Quality of the set is very good and cleans up easier than All-clad so far.

Poor customer service at it's best

The product is good , I know I have a set I bought after I got tired of waiting for MONTHS for mine to come. If you are buying a Samsung induction range from LOWES go some place else!!! They have NO idea of customer service . I had no end over 3 months ordering this - it came with the stove - call LOWES ask where it is - told call rebate center, called rebate center told to call LOWES call LOWES call rebate center this has gone on for 3 months. I finally called corporate and got a hold of a company director...his answer (at first until I went full Irish on him) call rebate center. I call a friend that is a lawyer he made a call. the product might be here in 6 to 8 weeks. Shop elsewhere find a company that represents true customer service

Tamagoyaki on my first try

After using my induction stovetop for a while, I was convinced that I would never be able to make an omelet again because of the stainless steel cookware I was using. I was so excited to try my new Circulon cookware that I decided to try a Japanese rolled omelet that everyone agrees is the toughest to master. I succeeded on my very first try! Thanks to this cookware, not only are omelets back in my wheelhouse, the rest of my cooking has improved as well. Less oil and butter has also made it healthier!

Circulon cookware with induction range

The cookware set was part of an offer that came with our new induction range. Out of the box the cookware sides looked thin & flimsy but the handles are nicely riveted in place and the bottom is stout. After using the set for a bit I was impressed at how evenly they work on the induction range. The induction is awesome too but that is another story. This is a great cookware set.

Worthy of "Airloom" Title

I was skeptical about the raised grooves but after a month of heavy use, there is no sign of wear. This is a product I'll be happy to gift to my children when they decide to take up independence. Lol When using induction, there is no warping nor hot zones. The handle does get hot because there are no sylicone protection. However, when cooking with eggs, be sure the pan is well oiled or you will experience sticking and a nightmare of a cleanup.

Received through rebate, don't like it

We got this set through a rebate and I used one of the pans but had my doubts due to the stainless steel contact surfaces inside the pan. I followed the instructions as stated in the guide and cooking eggs on it didn't turn out well. They got stuck like any other stainless steel pan I used. I oiled the pan and got it to smoke, cleaned it and then put oil on it again because I didn't trust the non-stick surface. I used low heat like it said to for induction. But it still stuck to the pan. The only possible good use for this would be meat, but I just don't eat that much meat. So it's not a useful set for me. We decided to pack it up after that. Not sure what to do with it now. Either sell it or donate it I guess.

Excellent Cookware

The 11-Piece Hybrid Stainless Steel Cookware Set is great. The non-stick inside is the best that I have ever used Food does not stick to the pans. You can use a stainless spatula when cooking with no worries about scratching or damaging the non-stick surface. The pots are not too heavy. The sizes and shapes of the pots are perfect for my needs. I am very pleased with the cookware. I recommend this cookware because the quality, the non-stick finish, the number and size of the pans, and the glass lids.

Good and Bad

Very heavy, especially when you are trying to transport one of the larger pans full of food. Smaller items are great, just avoid using under the broiler where the outsides are easy to stain. Comes off, but requires relentless scrubbing. Guess I would have preferred more of the smaller pots instead of the huge ones that require 2 person lift.
