Not worth the price!

The wood frame itself is fine it’s not the finest quality but I wasn’t expecting it to be, the plexiglass is just terrible! It’s highly reflective no matter where you would place your frame so basically unless you want glare it’s unusable! I simply removed it because it was all glare and looked very cheap on top of it all. Just can’t recommend this frame for the price!

Huge fan of Craigframes here! I am a second-time orderer… this time I reached out to request a specific size and response time was amazing. They were super helpful and got me all sorted out. Nice frames. Real wood. Plexiglass.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy %26 made of actual wood. I would have preferred real glass over plexiglass. That seems to be hard to find in the larger frames these days. The anchors in the back that hold the backing in place could have been more user friendly rather than the little metal pieces that are a pain to lift up. Overall, they are definitely worth the price.

This is the first time ordering from this shop and I’m quite impressed. The corners of the frame are very straight and flushed. The quality and imperfections of the wood look so good. The color on the frame is beautiful and honestly way better than I expected. I did receive the plexiglass broken but besides needing to buy a new glass for the frame I’m overall satisfied with this product. I was scared of my puzzle not fitting into the frame just because it’s a tiny bit thicker but I honestly think it looks better without the pexi glass over it. I’ll definitely be ordering from this shop again.

Lovely wooden frame. I wanted to get a nice, medium/dark wooden frame for artwork; I didn't want anything that looked or felt cheap yet wasn't too expensive, so this frame was perfect. The color of the frame I received was accurate and matched the color of the frame in the listing. I also like how the frame is stained and not painted so you can see the natural grain of the wood. The tabs on the back that are for securing the picture and backing are very sturdy; they feel like they will last long, even if you have to access the picture inside multiple times. Regarding customer service, I messaged the seller to see how quickly it would ship given my zip code, and I received a quick, same-day (within a few hours) response. Shipping was quick.

I’m really happy with this frame. Tbh, I usually buy cheap frames but this was for a gift. It wasn’t much more expensive than the cheapies, but the quality is impressively better. Thanks to this frame, i’m really excited to give this properly framed gift and i’m sure it will last a long time.

CraigFrames is excellent. Their service was fast and efficient and I'd recommend them to anyone.\nThe frames were maybe 4 out of 5. One was missing the stain/varnish on the back. The wood was not as smooth as I had hoped. But, they did the job.\nI needed them FAST and CraigFrames came through for me.

Will never stop ordering from Walmart.

All four frames were perfect; they were odd sizes, but Walmart had the right sizes and great looking frames at that. They came in two day and so well wrapped to prevent breaking. Another successful purchase at Walmart.

GARBAGE

If I could give ZERO stars I would! What a piece of garbage. This frame is ridiculously over priced and I feel completely ripped off. I'm embarrassed to even hang this frame in my home. I purchased the 24x24 inch frame and it is absolute junk. Flimsy and incredibly cheap looking. Lesson learned. Will avoid this brand from now on and Walmart should distance itself from this brand and seller as well, but I know Walmart won't. Expensive lesson learned.

Easy to hang traditional look style frame

The frame arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It looks exactly like it does in the picture. I ordered the walnut brown finish and it reminds me of what your diploma would be framed in, to give you an idea of the shade. The wood is not just a plain flat piece of wood, it has a little beveled detail to it that makes it look custom. The picture hanging kit is extremely easy to install, took about 30 seconds, and is sturdy and allows for flexibility in how you want to hang your frame.

I bought this frame (Wiltshire 200) as part of a gift for a relative and it is INCREDIBLE! It is the perfect frame for this really cool Kung Fu Movie poster I bought for my father-in-law. My wife likes that the wood-grain has similar details to the Wiltshire 440 but thinner. Frame has an elegant design and shows fine craftsmanship, yet it is light and easy to dissemble and mount. Frames did not fall apart in shipping, because the seller, CraigFrames, masterfully packaged and secure my order with custom crates. This is an awesome frame and awesome vendor!
