Measurements are NOT as described

I removed 1 star because the measurements are wrong. Beautiful frames, but the frames I received do not measure 20x20. Instead the frames measure 23 1/2 x 23 1/2. The mat opening for the pictures measure 15 1/2 x 15 1/2. I am thinking I can make it work, so I won't be returning them.

A nice frame, wish the hardware came attached

Shipped in very secure packaging. Looks nice with my print in it. You’ll probably need a drill for installation, the hanging hardware does not come attached and you have to screw it into the frame yourself.

Cheap Junk - Do Not Buy

This frame is very poor quality. The "plexiglas" is more like a stiff window you would find in an envelope. It does not lay flat, and it is so poorly cut it does not fit the frame. The edge either pops out on the top or the bottom; it is not large enough to stay within the frame. The plexiglass is also permantly spotted and scratched. I would rate zero stars if that was an option, and if it was offered to me for free, I would say NO. I am going to return it.

Solid frame, nice design

Shipped quickly and was packed exceptionally well. Even though this is an MDF core it does look like real wood.

DO NOT BUY

The listing on these is incorrect. It lists that the frames include glass however they are PLEXI- not actual glass. The frames are very overpriced and the plexi makes them look cheap. Save yourself- if you try and return the seller will try to deny.

Less Quality than Expected

Think of the cheapest 8x11 frame you could get and that's what this is, just larger. My project turned out alright, but this is not the quality I thought I was ordering. The acrylic was thin, cheap, and already scratched up. Just so you know what you're getting if you order.

Does Not Come with Glass

This frame is okay, but not worth the price. It does not come with glass, but flimsy plastic in place of glass. No where in the description is this mentioned.

The packaging was impeccable. The contents less so. The acrylic had cling plastic on both sides but somehow was scratched, so I will be replacing it at a local shop. I was very careful to remove it from the frame so I don't understand how it happened. Also the frame was ok but there were imperfections, particularly at the seams. I would say if you are framing a poster it is fine. If you have art that you adore, spend the extra money elsewhere.

Craig makes great frames.

The Craig frame was exatly as presented. Well packaged, and in the exact color I ordered - dark walnut brown. My only criticism was that the hanging wire had to be screwed into the frame, and required considerable pressure.

Super late leaving a review, but I need to leave one. I had ordered this frame for a print I got my brother for Xmas. Upon opening the package, I found there was a very small scratch on the glass. I messaged the seller/sent a picture of it just to let them know and they offered to issue me a refund or they offered to ship out another at no additional cost. I took the refund because I would’ve had no use for another. It’s very good quality. I’d recommend this seller/shop!! Thanks again!

The silver frame just makes the colors more vibrant and getting a value pack of four was worth the price compared to buying individually. Bought bigger frames from them before, highly recommend this shop. Carefully packed.

Will look for another frame supplier

Been buying these frames for years. This shipment was shoddy workmanship and totally unacceptable! Corners of the frames had big gaps and didn't fit. There were also nicks on the frames and shipping box was crushed in. Cannot put pictures and posters in these frames and sell them. We have a reputation to support!

Never heard of or seen acrylic instead of glass in a picture frame! I hope it lasts! Also I went back and looked at the details of this nearly 40.00 frame. Says it is wood but feels like cardboard and so cheap feeling. I am not confident that I wont be sorry for this purchase!

Great quality frame

Do not hesitate to buy this if you need a frame this size. It comes carefully wrapped, with plastic protection over the “glass” part. I say “glass” because it seems to be plexiglass but that’s okay, the frame is great quality can’t wait to get my picture in it and on the wall. Highly recommended.

Affordable, beautiful work & will buy again

I wanted a frame for a large poster but most were out of my price range then I saw this one on line and the description was exactly what I needed. The price was perfect, the was beautiful and well made. My poster is beautifully framed & looks like a million bucks. Thanks to tese guys & their frames

Unfortunately, this frame was a mess when it was delivered. The acrylic pane was very obviously scratched in some places, the mat has frayed edges, and it had bits of cardboard and other debris stuck to it that were very difficult to clean off, even after several attempts. The back only had those cheap bent metal pieces to keep the picture in place, and 3 of them broke off easily. I bought this for a gift and didn't have time to buy another frame, but since it was for my husband, I'm planning to buy a better quality frame as a replacement. I don't have much experience when it comes to frame pricing and quality, but I know I have bought much better quality frames in the past for less money. Still, since I don't know for sure, maybe $50 was actually too cheap for a quality frame. Regardless, it was a disappointment.
