The quality is not great. I ordered the towel hooks from the same collection and those are nice, but this toilet paper holder seems to be made of plastic instead of the metal that the other items in the collection are made from. Also, the white parts are sorta bulky, making a new roll of TP hard to get at. I feel this was a waste of money.

The middle bar that holds the toilet paper broke after 6 months, sounds like the screw piece dropped inside the pole and can't remove it to repair

A very nice product whose general design fortunately matches the other fixtures in my bath. I had to replace my old brass toilet paper holder because I had a guest bend it. Fortunately this item is a near match to the other fixtures.

Kingston Brass is always top quality. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because a template was not provided to mark the place that it was installed. This simple feature would have made the installation easier and quicker. I am having to replace the fixtures in several bathrooms in a (new to me) house, and the handyman used the one from a different bathroom. I replaced the open-ended fixtures.

It matches the existing style and color of the bathroom fixtures.

Sure wish they could find a better way to install these. Those screws are a pain in the toosh!

Nice looking but the vertical bar requires proper redesign because the spring inside fell off easily when changing toilet roll. This is the 2nd replacement I bought to replace the last which lost the spring. Very difficult to install the nut inside the bar to restore it to a workable condition. No part of this bar for sale so require a new purchase just to get the bar !? Poor design. Buyers beware.

Works well in decor. The piece that holds the paper is not brass as in other models, but it doesn’t impact the overall look.
