Love this soap dispenser and it matched the faucet that we bought for our bar.

Internal straw part compresses to make dispensing more than a pea size of soap not possible. Purchased 2 and only 1 works properly.

It’s beautiful but the pump has stopped pumping as well after only 2 years in our house. Will likely need to replace.

Installed this in 4/21 and spring pump no longer works... for use in a laundry room sink, so does not get much use at all. Calling Delta tomorrow to see if we can get a new one.

What a disappointment! Over $50 for a soap dispenser that only lasted 1 year?! This is supposed to be a Delta product, a top brand. I ordered it specifically to match the Delta faucet which I had to buy from a different company after too many delivery delays with my Wayfair order. I hope no one else has theirs break.

Nice looking fixture, but the dispenser has a loose fit and wobbles. Admittedly I'm a bit OCD, but it rotates when it's bumped, so I'm often having to point it back in the right direction (over the sink).

Looks will only get you so far -functionality poor

Soap almost does not even come out. I don’t know if the hole on this dispenser is too small or if the spring is not enough to force it through but it doesn’t provide a good amount of soap. Press hard multiple times to get enough soap to wash your hands

The dispenser is larger (more substantial) than it appeared in the photos, and very sturdy. The spout extends well over the edge of the sink, so there's plenty of room to hold a sponge or dishcloth beneath it. The rounded top fits very comfortably in the palm of the hand but requires quite a bit more pressure than the older pump I had (also a Delta). However, it releases a good dollop of liquid soap with a single push, so there's no need to pump more than a few times while dishwashing. It seems solidly built and is functioning reliably, so I expect it will last many years.

Looks and works fine overall. I don’t like that the actual pump part doesn’t screw in or fasten, just kind of sits down in the bottle of soap which makes it feel a bit flimsy and wobbly. Also, the hole to refill the soap (from the top) is pretty small unless you want to climb under the counter to remove and fill the actual bottle.

This is a classy, well made soap dispenser. Easy to refill (you don't need the funnel that it comes with). It looks and functions great. It's not overdesigned which I like because who wants the soap dispenser to be a focal point? Looks great with the Delta Touch2O faucet. Highly recommend

Love the look but....

Purchased this month, but when assembled the “ straw” portion of the unit will not extract the soap when pumped . The straw is secure but won’t work. Disappointed. Again I love the look and will attempt to get replacement .

Unfortunately I could not finish the installation because the underside of my kitchen sink is too crowded with drain pipes, so I can’t say for certain, but this model felt much nicer and was easier to install than lower cost models I’ve used.
