Not the same size as the existing Kohler dispenser being replaced
I bought this product to replace a Kohler soap dispenser that was no longer working. I specifically asked the phone sales rep if it was same size as the Kohler dispenser I was replacing. She assured me it was. When I got the new dispenser, it was not the same size. It required me to drill a bigger hole in my counter top. I wonder why a company would change the size of the hole required to install a dispenser?
