All Iris boxes are a really great product. They are too expensive and often times the tops are broken at the corners in shipping.

Good design but the lids and the box need to be thicker. When shipped several items arrived broken. since shippers do not read the word fragile on the side. These are much better than Iris brand 13 quart that I returned because the latches would not stay on them.

Great box, terrible packaging, shipping damage

I've ordered these twice, and the storage bin itself is pretty good and seals well (though they're quite expensive!). These are shipped FROM IRIS in a thin cardboard box, all stacked inside, with zero padding around them. Nothing whatsoever. The shipping boxes arrived damaged both times (no avoiding that!). Luckily with the first order, there was just a minor break on a nonessential part on the underside of one lid. The 2nd time, 2 of the 4 lids were damaged in multiple places--broken pieces of blue plastic rattling around in the box, and one lid is so badly damaged it's unusable. Trying to return for a replacement is a huge hassle--can't get a replacement shipped until Target gets these returned. I should be able to just get 2 replacement lids from IRIS without all this hassle. I see other reviews noting similar damage and hassles. Unless IRIS changes their packing/shipping, I can't recommend this.

Poorly packaged

Good seals on the containers. Fair price. Bit, one of the lids arrived damaged because the items were poorly packaged without any type of insulation.

Missing foam insert & broken lids.

First time round- missing foam which makes this weatherproof. Second time at the request for a replacement (had to wait for Target to get the return) arrived with broken lids (can see broken shards in box). Not available for another replacement, only return, and not available in stores. Target Fulfillment Center did shoddy job 2x.

Grill storage container

Bought this size to fit under our grill to store grilling utensils. Works great for our application. Keeps them clean before use.

Love the boxes, but missing pieces and one corner

I love these bins. They fit perfectly in my office shelves. Ordered 6 and they were in perfect shape. Ordered again and I was missing 5 of the 6 foam gaskets. That is why I specifically wanted these boxes. And the bottom box had a corner that was shattered.

good luck getting undamaged ones

These storage bins could be great - if you could get one intact. They are only backed in a box - no padding whatsoever. I have gone through several rounds of receiving damaged/cracked bins - each of which costs me time and gas money to return!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Smaller than size listed

They were smaller than the dimensions listed. We had a specific use in mind and bought a product that had (we thought) plenty of room. Upon arrival they are not the size listed. Will now have to return all 25 of them and buy a bigger size that I hope will fit because I can't go by the size listed.

Don't bother, it comes damaged

Don't bother buying this they do not ship with any form of protection causing significant damage upon delivery. No bubblewrap, not even some paper they just slapped these in a box and decided that was enough. No it isn't. Now I gotta play this never ending game of return and resend just to get what I paid for intact because there is literally no other option.

Fairly good size, transparent enough to see what's in it. Can be stacked or slid under (mine, anyway) a bed.
