The chair is super comfortable and cozy. I had some concerns with Southern Motion NOT with Overstock. Of course it took forever be delivered. The chair arrived in a different color than was ordered. I read about other customers with the same problem on others sites. Southern motion would not send the correct color. They called it buyers' remorse. The head rest did not work. Again southern motion did not care. Overstock went over and beyond to make the situation right. Thought I will never consider buying anything from Southern Motion, Overstock has earned my respect. I checked their site before buying anything and will continue to do so in the future.
