Broke in under 5 months

I saw in other reviews that it stopped working but also saw the other good reviews so I decided to try it out. It's super cute and I wish it was good quality but it isn't and it stopped working. Very unfortunate, Target. If you want a lamp that will last, don't get this one.

Poor function

I loved the look and function of this sconce until it stopped working. It seems to be faulty wiring as the bulb flickers when the switch is turned from on to off. I have tried it in other outlets and with other bulbs but always the same result. Although I loved it, I expected it to last longer.

Only lasted a few months

Wouldn’t recommend it. It’s cute but it started to flicker pretty quickly after purchase and now it’s not staying on at all. Something is wrong with the switch part of it that’s not keeping the light on. Lasted for a little over a year.

Perfect light!

Just what I was looking for! Easy to assemble and looks great. It took a little while on shipping, almost 2 weeks.

We love them

We wanted some additional light by our bedside without cluttering our nightstand or dealing with hard wiring and adding switches. We installed two of these (one on each side of the bed) in a matter of minutes. The only complaint (hence four stars) is the finishing screws to loosen over time and require tightening.

Stylish Lamp, but Requires DIY Skills to Hang

It's exactly what I was looking for! I needed an attractive lamp to add light to a dark corner of my office. Mounting it to the wall took me awhile. Give yourself plenty of time to work on that. Also, it really helps if you have a level and a stud finder. The lamp is just heavy enough to pull out of normal drywall.

Good plug in option

A really good option if don't have a j-box and you need a plug in sconce. Comes flat packed but easy to assemble and install. Light source is pretty good.

Good, not perfect quality. We chose these over another sconce which was more affordable but also seemed really cheap. For the money, these are good but still have a bit more ‘play’ in the neck than I would like.

The lights look gorgeous hung up in my bedroom! They are perfect for being used as a bedside light, perfect amount of light given off and since you can point them in different directions you can adjust how much light you get. My only issue with the light is that you can’t get them tight enough to the wall. The brackets screw into the wall tightly but when you attach the light to the bracket I was not able to tighten them enough so that they don’t have a slight jiggle to them.

The price on this was great! Saw it on one of the designer sites I visit and it was twice the price for only one light. Easy to install. I love that the cord isn't plastic so it doesn't look cheap.

Not great

I can’t get this light to sit snug to the wall. Either the screws to attach the fixture to the mount are too long or the decorative caps are too small. The instructions don’t help at all as they are very vague. I consider myself to be fairly handy and could not figure out why this light won’t lay flat. It wobbles on the wall and I will live with it for now until I come up with a safe solution.

Wall lamps.

The caps that secure the lamp to the mounting plate are not deep enough to hold the lamp flush to the wall. I used matching washers as spacers and that fixed the issue. Other than that I am very happy with these fixtures.

I think overall the lamps are really nice and seem like good quality for the price. The only complaint I have is that the sticker for the electrical info is right on the brass piece above the shade which you can see when looking at the lamp. I tried to remove it but it's really sticky so may need something like goo gone but I'm worried that it will damage the finish.

Nice soft light

These have a nice soft light to them. I love how they swivel in so many different directions. Everyone who has seen pictures of them loves them and asks about them.

The description says the sconce has antique brass accents and that may be true. But I was expecting it to be a brass colored finish and it’s not. Otherwise I really like it.
