Not a Good Mattress

We now own Two Tempurdeic Mattresses. I bought a queen size Tempur-cloud in 2020 and it is fantastic still to this day. We bought a King Size TC + Hybrid for our Master Bedroom and it is not NEARLY as comfortable. It's much softer and doesn't offer nearly the support. We have given it several months to be fair, but if a sturdy, supportive mattress is what you're looking for, I would stay away from this product. Unfortunate.

Generic, Average, like any other foam mattress

It's a completely average generic foam mattress almost identical to others you can buy for a third to half the price. Beware of the hybrid upcharge for the so called springs. There's no way to confirm that there are true springs. The mattress was compressed to about 3-4 inches and rolled up for shipment. If there were actually springs inside I'm sure the packaging method would have damaged them and the mattress. Save your money and buy a generic foam mattress instead. This one isn't worth the money. Customer service was a joke!

Finally getting a full-night's sleep

I was curious about the claim of being able to lay on the very edge of the mattress, so I tried that (laying on my side) even before I put sheets on the bed. The next thing I knew, it was 8 hours later, I hadn't moved an inch, and I felt more rested than I had in years. I have always moved around a lot while sleeping, waking myself up most of the time. That does still happen occasionally, but now I fall right back to sleep, and I always feel rested in the morning. It does get a little warmer under the sheets than I would like, but the comfort and quality of sleep more than make up for that.

Horrible Mattress

After reading reviews and asking opinions, we decided on the tempur pedic breeze hybrid. We tried out the mattress at the mattress firm and it felt very cool (temperature) and supportive. My wife and I are both hot sleepers and wanted a firm supportive mattress that offered a cool night's sleep. We have had this mattress roughly three years and I have to say this has to be one of the worse mattresses I've ever slept on. It doesn't stay cool but actually holds heat. The display is deceiving because the showroom is cold with cold air blowing directly on the mattress. It feels good for the five minutes you lay on it in store but doesn't last for a full night's sleep. The mattress doesn't sleep well with myself having back pain and my wife having hip pain. We've given this mattress three years and I think we are now going to get a traditional spring mattress. The last straw for me was I found it more comfortable to sleep on the floor last night instead of this way over priced mattress. This mattress is definitely not worth the money.

Buyer BE WARE.

I was so excited to get this bed because of all of the great things i had heard about Tempupedic in the past. The mattress itself is nice. No smells, soft to the touch with a little bounce in the hybrid model, and it had inflated a great deal within a short period of time. That said, I am a side sleeper and I ended up having pain both in my shoulder and and my hips. I have given it several weeks, but it is just too firm for me. I am returning it and will continue my search for the perfect mattress. ALSO, a warning for all Mattress Firm buyers- BEWARE--their guarantee comes with strings!! It will cost $99 to return/pickup (even though I offered to bring it back) and an ADDITIONAL $99 "restocking fee". So, $200 down the drain if you believe they honor their trial period; trouble was-- I didn't read ALL the hoops customers have to jump through to return it. They did offer to remove ONE of the $99 fees, great, still $100 for nothing. I WON'T be buying anything else from them!!

The Best mattress ever

I was sleeping on a purple mattress, than my back and neck hurt so bad after a year sleeping on it. I had a Tempur-Pedic years ago and it was the best. So i decided to get another one so i have been sleeping on it for about a mnt now no neck pain or back pain at all I got the tempur-pedic cloud mattress, hybrid and this is by far the best mattress I have slept on. I will always by Tempur-Pedic from now on. It cost more but it's worth it to keep my body from being in pain. I swear by it.

Nest and rest

We love our new hybrid cloud mattress! It feels so good to your body when you get in bed. With our old mattress, I dreaded the pain I was going to feel during the night and was eager to get up in the mornings just to get out to get my body rolling again Now with my new mattress, I'm looking forward to getting into it just to watch TV for a little while before bedtime And it feels so good in the morning I don't want to get out LOL

Great mattress, horrible service.

It took a month to get a mattress. First one was lost or never sent, but nobody could tell me what or why. Poor follow up, terrible communication within the departments, and an all around horrid experience. Spend this kind of money on a mattress I expect far greater service. Only giving a two star because the mattress is comfortable and I sleep well on it.

High quality mattress but too soft.

I bought this mattress to replace my older Temper-pedic mattress that I really liked but after ten years it needed retiring. That mattress was no longer made so I bought the Cloud mattress which was only available in medium (soft) not firm. I contacted Temper-pedic to see what we could do about my dissatisfaction with the Cloud - their response was just to quote their website back at me which I had already read. After a few e-mails to no avail I am left entirely unhappy with my purchase. I would not recommend the Cloud mattress if a firm mattress is desired. I would not recommend buying directly from Tempur-pedic's website as I did as they have demonstrated to me that they are not committed to resolving customer purchase dissatisfaction complaints. The Tempur-pedics website says they are willing to handle a dissatisfied customer purchase, however, my experience clearly shows that is not the case. This is how they treat a long time and until now very satisfied customer. My advice is check out the competition and not to trust this company if you choose to buy from them at this time.

Expected more

So, I didn't realize this matress arrives in a box. It's extremely heavy and I had to bring up flights of stairs in my own. It is not nearly as firm as other Tempur-Pedic mattresses and sinks at the ends. They also do not offer a mattress cover that fits properly for this model. It's way too big. Customer service told me to "tuck it under". So, I expect more form this company. Overall bad experience for the hefty price tag.

Temper-Pedicure. Cloud

Hello my name is Delford and on Feb 21st 2024 I had back surgery and they fused my lower back. I'm still in pain hence I got the Cloud to take the pain away. This mattress is fantastic first time in a long time getting some good sleep. I normally wake up 2 & 3 a.m in the morning. I made up my mind immediately don't need 90 nights this mattress is mine. Recently received bad news that my other disk is damaged and if the injections don't work I will have to have surgery again. I'm just glad I listened to my mother and sister who have a Temper-Pedic mattress.. thanks for listening

Hybrid is even better than our previous Tempur-Pedic

We replaced our older Tempur-Pedic California King with the hybrid newer version. It was a great upgrade. Especially since we are seniors, and tend to have arthritis and occasional pains. It takes the pressure points out of the equation. Having sold Tempur-Pedic many years ago, I knew I would be buying another one. There was a problem, and Customer Service made it right. That is why dealing with a good reputable company, who stands behind their products, is much more valuable than save a few dollars. You will be glad for years, that you bought quality.

3rd time still a charm

After first purchasing a Tempur-Cloud two years ago for our New York apartment, I found sleeping on the premium mattress at our Atlanta home not quite the same experience and ended up getting one for that location also. With the recent purchase of a upstate vacation home we tried to get by with a cheaper option since it was a vacation home but after a few trips I found I really couldn't get by without the Temper-Cloud quality sleep. They are truly addictive once you have had a basis for comparison.

Finally Better sleep!

I was so excited to receive our new mattress that I couldn't wait to get it set in place, and managed to do it all alone. It's very heavy, so getting it onto the bed frame by myself was a real chore, but o managed. Once I carefully cut open the plastic wrapping, it quickly unfolded/unrolled itself and plumped right up. It is a few inches thinner than our previous mattress but that just makes it easier to put those fitted sheets on. From the first night, we both slept better, and really appreciate no lump in the center of the mattress.

FINALLY, my Tempur-Pedic Cloud is providing the great comfort and wonderful sleep I had been expecting! [My previous mattress was a Tempur-Pedic that provided great comfort for 16 years.]

Good quality and great night sleep

We both had back aches after purchasing a nice new mattress three years ago. We decided to get the tempurpedic in hopes it would help. Within a few nights are backs were rested. As per coolong, I sleep super hot and it has helped but it isn't cool. I definitely am glad we purchased this mattress. We already had an adjustable base and it works great with this mattress. Just put it up on both ends a little bit and it helps the back a lot.

Comfortable mattress

This is my first time with Tempur Pedic. Research indicated I should get a memory foam mattress because I sleep on my side. My previous mattresses were all inner spring and I've always had hip and shoulder pain. With this hybrid mattress the hip and shoulder pain are gone, however, other pain is now present, but I believe it's revealed the true source of my pain and not the fault of the mattress. Research said memory foam mattresses slept warm but that hasn't been my experience. I have insomnia and other health conditions that prevent me from getting quality sleep, but this mattress is much more comfortable than my previous mattress. I have recommended it to multiple people. The warranty is for 10 years and I'd be happy if it lasts for that long to justify the cost. It is comfortable and it's not Tempur Pedic's fault I'm not sleeping any better but it's still an expensive mattress, even on sale. That's ok if it lasts a long time because that's all I'm getting for my money at this point. I've had no reason to contact customer service so I don't know what that's like but when I registered my bed the website was easy to navigate so something tells me they understand they should make things easy for customers which would include when they call customer service.

Great mattress

I had a Tempur Pedic breeze mattress for 10+ years and when it was time to purchase a new mattress I decided to try out another brand that was recommended and highly advertised. I tried two mattresses with that company over a period of seven months, however they ultimately did not work out for me and caused significant back pain that I had never experienced prior. Although that company had a great trial period and good customer service, I knew I had to go back to a trusty Tempur Pedic mattress and made the decision to purchase a Tempur Pedic Cloud Mattress and boy do I wish I made this decision from the start. For the past month I have slept more peacefully and wake up in the morning with no back pain. 10 years from now when it is time to make a new purchase I will not make the mistake again and will continue to be a Tempur Pedic customer.

My first Tempur-Pedic Purchase changed my life

Last month, I bought my first ever quality bed, one that I have always wanted but never thought I could afford- a queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with the hybrid technology. My husband and I needed a new bed and just for the heck of it, I went to the Tempur-Pedic website to browse the options and see what the prices were like. Not only was I enraptured by the affordability, they had a perfect mattress- we ordered it right then and there and it shipped to our doorstep in 4 days. Ever since then, we have had the best sleep, wake up happy and well rested, and energetic. Every night when we settle into our new bed, sliding under the cool sheets, my husband and I talk about how this was the best purchase we've ever made in our 14 years of marriage. This is the only bed I will ever sleep in for the rest of my life- it's more comfortable than I could have ever imagined, it's affordable, and I deserve to have the best sleep.

Good support mattress

I've had this mattress for a little over a month and I would say this mattress is more medium-firm than medium. I had the original Tempur-pedic that was 20 years old and this is definitely firmer than that. With that being said, it's still an excellent mattress. What I have noticed is that my body seems to be more in alignment. When I first got the mattress, that night I laid on my back for the first couple of hours, then when I sat up, my back started clicking and cracking in alignment. Then when I turned over on my side, my hip clicked into place. Later my shoulder which has been hurting for over a year and a half, clicked in its socket. Then my neck clicked and then of all things my ankle. I guess I needed a firmer mattress all along. I also notice in the morning when I get out of bed my hip is not stiff at all. With my former mattress it took me a second to stand up straight and my hip would be stiff and painful. I thought it was just old age. Now when I get out of bed, I'm not stiff at all. As a matter of fact, my whole body feels like it's in proper alignment. I thought I was going to have to return this mattress for being too firm and upgrade, but after sleeping on it for a month this mattress seems to be working out well for me and I've decided to keep it.
