Very disappointed.

Very poorly made and packaged. Ordered twice only to find shattered in box. Very disappointed as the size and look was spot on, but the quality is not there.

Indented space with sticker right on the top.

I don’t understand why you’d put a sticker (with the company name), on the face of the sink! It’s a sticker that will get wet and will be gross in a matter of weeks. If I peel it off then I live with the indentation. So frustrating. I’m opting to live with the indentation.

Love this sink with drain board. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Beautiful sink and looks great

I bought this sink a year and a half ago and love it. I didn’t initially want a black sink but it was Covid times and the white one wasn’t available so I decided black might look great and it does! I absolutely wanted a drain board and really love it. The sink is solid and is holding up really well. My plumber brother and my carpenter brother installed it for me (how lucky am I?) and they said installation we straight forward without any glitches.

Good customer service

The 1 st sink that arrived was broken in half. We contacted the company and they immediately sent another sink. Of course they did not want us to return the broken sink. The sink has deep basins and clean lines. We got the white one and it looks great on the white countertops. We replaced a similar sink with a drain board and I love having a drain board.

Big shipping issues, but LOVE the sink!

Very poor packing engineering. Arrived with big crack. CS was very good & sent out a second one. Same problem...arrives with significant crack. 3rd time was a charm. Designed so drain board can be installed on left or right. Have used for 5 months & no real problems. Address spots like blueberry stains immediately. Don’t leave cheap silverware in sink...any resulting rust spots are difficult to remove.

I bought it for the drain board

Installed this sink during a kitchen remodel about 3 years ago. I had to have white and I was concerned that it would stain easily. After this amount of time I can say that it doesn't stain any more than any other white sink. Cleaning regularly with SoftScrub with bleach takes care of it. I had no problems with scratching. I am glad I got it.

I was looking for a more antique style sink with the washboard. For the price this sink is great. Nice size, deep sink. Good quality. Would recommend!

Sink and drains are scratched and stains within months

We had this sink professionally installed in our kitchen the very end of May 2017. I notice right away that the finish was chipping of from around the drains the first month. I contacted signature hardware and they said it wasn't normal for that to have happened and sent out new ones. The new ones are still in the box because I don't want to pay another plumber to come out and install these knew ones when I know these will wear just as badly. I absolutely love the look of our sink, but it has only been installed for 5 months and it is already stained and scratched up on the inside. I've tried to remove the scratches and the stains and nothing has worked. I noticed there was a small gray scuff mark on the sink when it was shipped to me and I was unable to remote that small scuff. I should have returned it at that point and went with a low maintenance stainless steel sink. Now we have brand new quartz countertops with a specialty sized cut out for this specific sink and there isn't a thing we can do about it. I'm not sure if this is just low quality or what the deal is. I researched these sinks for months before deciding on one and have cared for it like what is suggested but it is still stained and scratched up.

Great looking and super practical

My husband is a European who is used to having a drain board as part of the sink and is pretty grossed out by the plastic dish drainer trays that don't quite drain properly. However, most of the ones available here in the states are stainless steel, which would not have looked right in our kitchen. The other granite composites offered were way more expensive than this one. This granite composite looks great and the water dries/drains well so that we don't have any standing water. Being able to get rid of the unattractive (and likely unsanitary) drain tray/pad has also improved the overall look of the kitchen. Great buy and would purchase again.

Nice sink!

Over all, a very nice sink. We replaced the old cast iron sink (single basin with built in drain board) in a 1850's farmhouse, with this one. It looks beautiful in our kitchen. There were a few minor annoyances during installation.
