Sent wrong item - never resolved
I ordered 4 of the Costa counter stools and they were delivered and received on time! Although they sent one in grey. I immediately contacted the company and spoke to a very nice customer service rep who assured me she would make it right with the manufacturer- a few emails and hopeful spirit and never heard from her again. Waited a month and sent an inquiry and never heard anything. So I have 3 brown and 1 grey stool... hoping someone can make it right.
