This is a very nice awning. It was a little challenging assembling it. The directions could be a little more specific. I love the awning!!

So far, it is good. Assembly was minimal, and hanging was slightly ackwardheavy but pulled it off unscathed! We have not had winds to really get an idea of its stability. I will update after a few months.

Very pleased with my awning. It wasn’t too difficult to put together but time consuming. It does take 2 people. My husband attached a 2x6 board to house before attaching the awning. We also purchased the patio set.

This awning is well made and fairly easy to install. Attaching it to our house was difficult for two older adults because of its weight and length. When a neighbor helped, installation went smoothly. Directions were good.

I love this awning however the instructions were awful. What should have been a 2 hour project turned into a 6 hour project. Finally, after the 3rd attempt to get it right, and prayer...we figured it our. I recommend it but be ready to take it apart a couple times before you get it right.

Excellent!

Purchased in 2019, installation was a bit much and required two people but works great as expected. After the 3 or 4 years it’s been up, it’s time to replace some parts and the fabric. I’m hoping I can find the parts through overstock and/or they can provide me with the manufacturer to do so!

Just What I Wanted

This awning is a lovely addition to my new deck. if you are looking for a heavy duty shade covering, this is not it. You definitely are getting good quality for the price though. it is well constructed and not difficult to install. It is pretty and I love it. The price was great too.

Poor directions manual very small can’t read .should be with pictures . Bolt to hold awning end up cept slipping .main square bar 2 holes missing.arms to extend tarp sloping down seamed flimsy . Metal awning end .seamed wrong faceing up and track part that slides have to be loose but can fall of ?hard to ex plane in words .many hours to put up now have to take all down .run round to get mailing slip at least good you pick up .

The welds broke on the fittings so we can’t even put it together. There is NO number to call and who do

EASY TO INSTALL AND PUT TOGETHER. IT WORKS GREAT SO FAR. VERY STURDY AND ALL THE PIECES WERE THERE. ONLY THE FRONT VALANCE BRACKET WAS TRICKY , BUT IT ONLY TOOK 2 BOLTS TO FIX IT. I HAD IT BACKWARDS BECAUSE THE DIRECTIONS WERE HARD TO READ ON THAT PART , BUT OVERALL GREAT QUALITY. I HAVE IT COVERING MY BBQ ISLAND AND ITS PERFECT!

Okay but poor instructions

Just installed awning so can't comment on its durability though it does look nice. Instructions are poorly written and at times hard to follow. Measurements on where to install brackets are off as they show them for center on hole rather than the end of the bracket which it should be. Instead you should measure the spot where the bracket should go. For the price it doesn't seem too bad but time will tell.
