A/C arrived within a week of ordering. Works perfect after self installation and after ordering a control kit that was not offered at Camping World.

Camping world has the WORST customer service. The product took forever to even leave their facility, and when it arrived and it was installed the compressor is having issues! Camping world won t accept any responsibility or bother to try and help me resolve the issue. So frustrating, I absolutely will not be shopping here again.

Time will tell if it s a good unit.

I rated this at 3 stars for one reason, shipping. The box and pallet it came on was more or less in pieces and someone tried to tape it up but it didn t help much. The AC was pretty beat up and all the cover mounting screws were ripped out. The bottom metal frame was seriously dented. I was able to fix the cover with some JB weld and reshape the metal base plate. I didn t have time to ask for damages or get another shipped so I went ahead and installed it and it works well. Time will tell if there is any long term damage. I may have been wrong to use it but I needed it to go on Vacation. Buyer be where.

How can I rate a product I have waited 6 weeks for and still don't know when I will get it?
