Worth purchasing the higher BTU version. Cools down our control room.

[Rewarded Review] Seems nice

I've been buying Frigidaire for years, after the last experience I nearly gave up. The last one I bought 3 years ago was a piece of junk and didn't make it 6 months, go through the warranty process Frigidaire did make good on it. Decided to try again and bought this one. So far it works fine and appears that it's going to be fine. Obviously until we go through a summer, I really won't have much of an answer. I will revisit this after the 2025 summer, and since I live in the desert you'll get an honest review 😈

I wouldn’t know. I received it damaged as if it was dropped. UPS came and picked it up to return it and they lost the air conditioner somehow and they won’t refund my money. I ordered it in July and it is now October. They never gave back my money for it.

Quiet

Very quiet, easy to install. It would get a 5 star rating except that it consistantly kept the room at least 2 degrees warmer than it was set. I'm going to trade it in for a higher btu which won't be a Gallery model. Too bad, I really do like the unit.

Touch screen is not working at all, using remote control, reported and now waiting call from repair services for 3 weeks and nobody is calling ia back

Good unit - works as advertised

I love the look of the unit. It is quiet and offers an Eco mode that runs on low power to conserve energy. I bought it to replace another 12k BTU unit but I find that this model doesn't cool my space almost as well as the I replaced. In days of 100 degrees weather, I have to wait longer for the room to cool the way the older unit used to do it. As a result, I have to leave the unit running for longer or program it to start working earlier when I'm not home.

Quiet cooling

Heavy but solid ac for window. Quiet, easy to run, will see about electricity bt inverter is meant to be better.

Quiet and powerful. Perfect for my large space. Price is right!

Seems to work good for 900 square feet. It is also nice and quiet.

quiet and efficient

Works well. It's quiet. The temperature calibration is accurate. It's light enough for fairly easy installation. Only one electric bill so far, but that was encouraging. The unit really doeas seem to be efficient.

Does not work

Purchased March 2023. Used during the summer and stored for winter. 2024 plugged in and ELOC code came on. Which is low refrigerant. Fridgidaire customer service is horrible and they choose not back their product. Owned for 1 yr & 3 months. They said they can’t do anything about since it only had 1 year warranty. Guess I should have know if a company only warrants their expensive product for a year. Do not buy. 5 star customer service is only for Home Depot

Great Air Conditioner

Works well, looks great and very quiet. Couldn’t be happier!

Don’t waste your money

This is not a good air conditioner it doesn’t even cool down 1 room.

Works great and is very light in weight. Can now take out of the window during the winter months. My other 12,000 BTU window AC was just too heavy and had to stay in the window all year long.

Negative criticism of delivery service, not produc

Please tell Fedex have their drivers ring the door bell. Don't just place the package and leave.

Flawed Design, Fails at sole purpose

Stopped cooling 6 months after manufacturer's measly 1-year warranty expired. No way to email the company for support.
