15,000 btu window unit

back corner was damaged abd so was the piece that screwed on top to put window down on. AC works great and is super cold. it covers our space well.

Worked great for 5 weeks then QUIT WORKING!

Purchased on 7/26/23 and it quit cooling out of nowhere on 9/5/23. It worked great for 5 weeks and I had no complaints but today on at the beginning of a week long heatwave it completely quit working. The fan turns on but it's blowing air like it's stuck on the fan mode. It's not cooling whatsoever! The worst part is I'm past my return period with Home Depot and when I called whirlpool CS I was told I have to wait 3 business before a "specialist" reaches out to me via EMAIL with "next steps."
