[Rewarded Review] Unit works flawlessly in 1600 cuft sunroom

The unit works really well, I am using it in a sunroom converted into an office/bedroom. The room is around 10'x20'x8' or 1600 cubic feet. The room has 15 floor to ceiling windows and I use blackout insulated curtains on them. The unit averages a 15-20 degree difference vs the outside. During the summer it reached 106 degrees outside and it was around 75 degrees in the room. Cleaning the filters is very simple and easy to do. If you are using sliding doors like I am, I recommend getting a floor to ceiling duct panel for your air hose. This is our first year using the unit and I will see how it performs after the winter is over.

I didn't get the remote with it as I suppose to and lowes would not send me a remote or give me a fair discount. Lowes is stealing my money and they just want to pass the buck!

Delivered to wrong address

Lowe's processed the shipment through FedEx to my former address from 1.5 years prior. When we inquired about the problem, we were told that we were responsible for returning the package so it could be re-shipped. Lowe's customer service and order systems are worthless.

Cuts the heat in my apartment on hot days, and if I close the door to the room it’s in it does a phenomenal job of cooking that room.

Great product

I've been using this a/c for 3 years now and still love it. The hose is durable, the unit is quiet, easy to assemble, operate, clean, and empty the tank. I rarely use the auto or dehumidifier options on this but the few times I have throughout owning this, I've only had to drain the tank in the bathtub once. I will buy this brand again.
