Worked just long enough to outlast the warranty

Worked great at first. Then, it just stopped blowing cold air. Just a big expensive, not very effective, fan now. And of course, it happens just as the warranty period runs out. Now I have to figure out how to dispose of a 50lb AC unit.

One of the best on the market

This is my first air conditioner purchase, and I'm really pleased with it! I ordered the 14,000 BTU and don't regret this purchase the summer is so hot it has kept my room cold would highly recommend it, the installation was easy for me and only took about 20 minutes. It took me a lot of searching to figure out which air conditioner was worth it and this one is.

Cools excellent

My only issue is E2 code sometimes is continuous! Today I have had to drain unit 3 times! Most times I go 1-2 months and no code to drain but not lately! Not sure what’s going on!

The Airo 14,000 btu. exceeded my expectations . It manages to cool the entire first floor of my home. I'm very pleased with the quality and functionality of this product.

Got this for my garage gym… cut a hole specifically to vent out of and closed it all up. It was running nice and cold and then anywhere from 15-30m it would just stop blowing cold air. Waited anywhere from 15-20 to turn it back on and compressor still not kicking on. Plugged direct into wall socket no extension or surge protector. Tried different settings … 72 degrees instead of 65 and fan on low and all other variations. Just doesn’t continue to blow ice cold. Garage is only around 90 degrees at time of using. Returned. Unpleased with product

Returned to store it was making a noise like the fan was rubbing on something it was so loud.

returned it was so bad! have a 400 sf studio and did NOTHING! worst a/c i ever bought. if this was a 14k btu i will eat my hat. you can'tr even call the company they won't accept any calls... guess that says a lot in it self. HOME DEPOT should NOT sell this companies items, makes them look bad. if you are looking for an a/c DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

Air!

We purchased this unit for our basement apartment because there is not an air conditioner down there and because it had the built in dehumidifier. It doesn’t cool wonderful which is why i rated it a 4 star but it works good enough. It looks good and is compact and fits well

We are very pleased with our unit we like the way it cools we have a big space and it keeps it cool it does a good job

14,000 btu should cool 500 sw ft

Crazy barely cools at all unless u stand in front if it very disappointing

I am very impressed with how it works does a great job I would recommend this unit.

Great bang for the buck! Works great, too only drawback is it does create a lot of water so need to empty at least daily.

The compressor broke after a month of light use

Had this unit for three months and only recently used it as the summer began. The compressor began to make a squeal stopped producing cold air.

Does not cool very well and I can’t seem to adjust swinging door.

Good for the price.

For the price, does extremely well. Installed in minutes. Only issue is that it was very heavy for two seniors to get up two flights of stairs. Weight listed on specs is very wrong. We use it in a small beach condo, top floor so pretty warm. Have the airo in the befroom and a 12000 ( not airo) in the living room. Kept temp on a 90 degree day around 72.
