poor operation performance

The room is only 144 cft. This unit barely makes it to 76° when set to 68°. I purchased a slightly smaller unit 2 yrs ago and it performed SO MUCH BETTER. I thought I was getting a more powerful unit with this purchase. I was very wrong.

Just what I needed

I’ve only had this portable a/c for a few weeks. But so far it’s exactly what I needed. It cools and dehumidifies my upstairs bedroom perfectly. I had to trim the window exhaust panel a little bit because I have it in a small window. Works great.

Very good unit......

My summers savior

This thing is great. My room is 500 sq feet and it satisfied the room temp very quickly. I love that it dehumidifies and cools. The quality of my air is much better. Wish the kit came with a 90 degree adapter fitting for the drain line but if that’s my biggest complaint then I think it’s a pretty good unit.

I can only give 2 stars. It took awhile to arrive. I am Disabled so I had to hire someone to install it. I went to roll it just a little bit to angle and tubing came out.... I'm waiting to receive new machine.

not a good air conditioner

bought this air conditioner during a heatwave in Maine last summer. It gave me an issue last year with the saying that the water tank was full.I went in and bought tubing to draining the water from the top draining area. It still gave me an issue with the bottom draining area, and this year, it will going on for about 3 minutes and then said E2 after draining the water the first time. you have to draining the water to many times for it to say on for the time I would like to run.

The portable air conditioner comes with a remote. It does not cause an increase in the electric bill. It cools the area quickly. Additional features are wheels for mobility.

Do not waste your $$$

Bought this exactly one year ago and brought it back out this week for our upstairs bedroom. Well, it no longer works and now can't return it. The air coming out isn't even cold anymore and after about 10 minutes, the cooling feature shuts off and just the fan blows. Guess we have to now buy something else....complete waste!!

Great unit

I was very surprised at the out put of this unit. I'm in an old double wide mobile home with 800 sq ft.

Poor performance.

This air conditioner, in the setting for which it was purportedly designed, does not effectively cool the air. The compressor turns on for about 1 minute and then shuts off before it‘s had a chance to make any sort of meaningful change with regards to the air temperature. It will then turn off and remain off for upwards of ten minutes. The compressor is also remarkably loud. What you have here is functionally a $400 fan which occasionally makes an annoying sound.

First unit was useless; second works fine

Pickup at the store was promised in 4 days; multiple shipping delays from Nevada to Maine delayed pickup an additional 8 days--during the hottest part of the summer! Installation was easy, except I had to add a 1-inch spacer to eliminate interference between the window sill and the exhaust hose. The bad part is that the unit didn't work. To get the compressor to come on and give cool air, the temp setting had to be at least 8 degrees below the actual temp. Then the unit cooled only 2 degrees F and the compressor shut off and would not come on for over 3 hours. Then it would cool only 2 more degrees F before shutting down again for over 3 hours. After 3 calls to Airo tech support, Airo shipped me a replacement -- 5 more days delay in getting a working unit. The replacement works fine, but with all the delays and hassle of not getting a working unit for over 3 weeks, I can't give this unit more than a 3 rating.

Camper

We bought this portable air conditioner to help out in our camper and not put a strain on the big unit. Definitely works. It cooled down pretty fast after traveling and it was in the 90's all day. It was 64 inside the camper this morning. Below is a picture of how we set out up. I would highly recommend this product!!😀

It works is all I can say. There was no papers. No warranty card. No instructions. None. No remote! I needed it to replace ac that was out or I'd have returned it. It would help to know what I'm doing instead of just getting cool air. I'm disabled so changing it out would be a pain. The remote would have been a help.

I bought this when it was on sale. It’s starting to get warm so I did a test run. It’s working great so far! It seems quieter than the portable LG air conditioner that I have used before. We will see how long it lasts. The max amps is 9.5A for those wondering
