A Summer Lifesaver for 100 Degrees!

We recently purchased an Airo portable A/C unit, and it has been a game changer for our bedroom. The unit works wonderfully, keeping our room cool even during the hottest days. We love the timer, oscillating fan, and dehumidifier. The insulated cooling pipes at the back are a standout feature, ensuring maximum efficiency. Their customer service has been exceptional. We're grateful to have this reliable unit each summer when temperatures soar to 100 degrees. Overall, an excellent product and service!

Great product

Pretty easy to set up, and have been using for about 2 weeks now with no problems and my room has been ice cold, great product and recommend it to anyone trying to cool down a space.

Although I am pleased, so far, with the product... Buyer beware because the "warranty" can not be activated!

Bad Quality and Bad longevity

I bought for cooling a 6x10 room and it struggled even with that. Everything was vented properly I've used other brands of portable AC's before and had much success. This one however after only 2 1/2 weeks of use stopped working and the electric plug that has the reset and test on it started leaking some black oily liquid. I've had no luck getting answers of help with this faulty unit. I suggest you stay far away

The unit claims 3/4 ton cooling , does good to cool a small room. Windows unit that is smaller cools same space way better.

Had to return it to store made loud noise when...

it was disfunctional. It was cool when it stayed on, clunked when it came on and had a rattle. I might try another one but I don't know....

NOISY!

The compressor in this unit makes SO much noise when it kicks on and off and rattles the whole time it runs. I may have a defective one, because the compressor runs 2 minutes then shuts off 2 minutes and keeps doing this constantly, so very annoying and is so loud it scares our dogs! The troubleshooting section in the manual says to put the unit on flat surface. We have carpeting, so we put a piece of plywood underneath the unit and was still noisy. Customer service isn't taking calls! I am going to email and see what they have to say, but will be returning unit regardless.
