Will not fit windows between 26.5" and 37" wide.

The main panel is 26.5" wide. If the window is larger than that, then you need the extension. But the extension is not customizable and has to leave a 10" gap for the vent hole. So this does not work for my 34" wide window. It also does not come with weather stripping like the LG model I had before does.

Nothing to brag about. I've had it on for a few hours and it's not hot in my room but it's not cool either. You have to be right next to it to feel the air. It's a little noisy but I've had worse. Easy to put together

This AC is loud, but works pretty well.

This unit works better than a fan; however, it does not meet my expectations for cooling the room. I wanted to take it back, but my husband said to keep ti.

It cools the room, but it’s loud, even on sleep mode you can hear cycle on/off. I’m not a lite sleeper, but it was waking me up every night, I finally had to move it out of my bedroom, it’s currently sitting in the closet. Very disappointed, especially for the price.

This portable air conditioner works great for one large bedroom and a bathroom. It was very easy to set up and so far I am happy with this purchase.

Not that great of an airconditioner.. Too loud!

This portable airconditioner was very loud but not that powerful!! It also never seemed to go in automatic eco mode. It was of very good quality and very easy to install. Unfortunately I had to return it though, as it didn’t get enough check marks.

Easy to install, but super loud buzzing sound the whole time it ran. Higher decibels than advertised. After one night of not sleeping, we returned it.

It’s ONE YEAR later and this does not cool at all. It’s not worth the price. It’s small but the tubing is short, had to place tape, plus foam, to have vent placed on window which was much too long. My window unit lasted TWELVE YEARS & costed less. No way would I recommend this.

Unit works great and easy to setup!

Have this setup in my enclosed patio and it works great. Easy setup took about 20 minutes in total. Love the fact that it’s wifi enabled, makes it easy to turn on and off and change the temp from anywhere. This is where our washer and dryer is and it keeps the room nice and cool so it’s bearable to fold laundry out there.

Works awesome. Got it setup and started it when room was already at 82. Cold the area down with in a few minutes. Thinking of getting another one for our bedroom. Not really loud, easy to set up, would recommend.

After minimal use for 2 months last summer, this summer the unit will not cool. Customer service quit responding after their easy fix didn't work. BUYER BEWARE!!

We got it to keep our shed cooler in the hot summer months and it seems to be doing the job. Light and easy to install but we can’t get the WiFi to connect. That’s the only reason it’s not 5 stars. I’m not sure if it’s user error or the WiFi doesn’t work that well from the machine. Overall I’d recommend

I purchased this unit for my disabled dad that lives with us, he has a 400 square-foot studio apartment and we live in Arizona where temperatures can hover in the triple digits most of the time! This unit does a great job at pulling the humidity out of the room and keeping it cool, because of this unit he can enjoy comfort through the summer!

It works to cool my bedroom when the family is away. I didn’t want to cool the whole house at night. It is a little noisy, but it doesn’t bother me.
