Way too loud! Worst ac ever!

I cannot express how awfully loud this AC is, it knocks and pings all night long - making it hard to sleep while keeping cool. The remote and settings are worthless, timer doesn't work. I was ok w/the fact that it was only good to use on high fan, 68 temp to avoid all the noises this thing makes BUT today it started on even the best of settings. I def will be returning this.

I am having problems with the unit it keeps getting water from the vent to go inside, the technician had come twice and hasn't been able to fied

The AC unit more than satisfied the need and is very efficient.

Loud

Loud! Very very helicopter loud!!!

This unit doesn't cooling! It has a strong fan but the air is not cold enough

The documentation for this air conditioner is inadequate. It doesn’t explain what eco-mode does, how it works, and why the machine turns on and off at regular intervals. My unit turns ON for about 10 seconds then OFF for about ten minutes. Repeatedly.

Small but Cool!

The suppled curtain isn't wide enough to extend to the sides of the window. As of now I have not been able to find a curtain wide enough to do the job. The air conditioner is perfect for a small room such as my second bedroom. It does the job perfectly. Measure your window opening before purchasing such a small unit to ensure that the supplied side curtains will extend the entire width of your window.

This thing blows. no, really, it blows cold air and cools my place instantly. I love the remote, too. soooo much better than my old one and installed in minutes.

Super loud but works

I bought this for my living room and since it is an open space instead of a closed room it doesn’t get cold but it does cool off the area so you are comfortable. It doesn’t make a lot of noise either and I love that it has a remote because I don’t even have to make my way all the way to the window. This saved me during the summer

Title Misleading

The title for this product indicates it is ENERGY STAR certified, however the product spec sheet specifically states it is NOT.

Keeps our bedroom comfortably cool. A little loud for its size but I’ll take that inconvenience in order to stay cool.

Although this unit cools fast, it is extremely loud. I am not happy overall with this air conditioner.

The ac was fairly easy to install.
