Gets cool very fast, easy to install

LIFE SAFER. I traveled to another state this summer for a short-term project, and realized my apartment has NO AC. Glad I found this on Amazon, otherwise I won\'t be able to sleep. It\'s very easy to install, just put some tubes on, install it on the window, and plug in the power. Done. It gets cool really quick, ~5-10 min the room temp will go from 85 to ~78. Though, note that the power cord is only around 36 inches, so be careful if your power is far from the window.

Superior air conditioner for the price

This was my first purchase of a portable air conditioner and I cannot be more pleased with this purchase. Easy to use. Comes with a remote and does an amazing job cooling down my living room in a very short period of time.

Works great, ac and dehumidifier. Have to hang backside totally outside of tent though or get water inside. Low noise, easy to use

loud poor hose connectors

Hose connectors are poorly designed. Hose does not stay attached, had to secure with tape. Also loud vibration noise. Glad it's not for bedroom. This is not the first portable AC I have owned - but so far the worst. 3 stars because it does cool - once you secure the hose at both ends.

Very nice

This is a very nice air conditioner. It works very well. We are using it in a camper and it cools it down quite nicely. Never having used a portable unit, it was a learning process as some of the directions were not real clear. We knew what needed to be done, just not quite how to go about doing it. We got there and are pleased with how it is working now.

Trash! Got last year and it doesn't do what it's supposed to.

Takes a very long time to blow cool air. Air is never really cold coming out, lowers temperature but at a very slow pace.
