Not as advertised

Sold as 32 pt and clearly indicates on the unit 24 pint. Fan started to make rattle noise on second day. Takes forever to dehumidify a 1200 sf building and states it’s for 2000 Sf.

Stopped working after 4 months

The dehumidifier initially worked great, but after 4 months it stopped working. Constantly freezes up and is no longer removing moisture from the air.

Works great! Not too loud. Easy to operate and shuts off automatically when full. We use it in a room but have used the clothes dryer setting for hand-washed clothes and seems to help speed up the drying process!

Silent and does a great job. My old one was very noisy and ran constantly whereas this one is quieter and runs a lot less.

DEHUMIDIFIER NOT TAKING MOISTURE FROM THE AIR

When it first arrived - for the 1st 4 days- running constantly, there was not a single drop of water extracted from the air- outside my bathroom- my humidistat registered 57%!!! I tried several times to call- had to wait for pacific time 11 am- still through the day the message said they were not open. I had no alternative but to correspond by email. After a few days I received a suggestion as to what to try to make it work ( the instruction booklet had no suggestion as to what to do if it isn't drawing water) The instructions did make it work for 2 days... and now it is no longer working. The purpose of getting this machine is to extract the high humidity from the air in my (very small) home. I also have a much better dehumidifier in my basement- that has worked very well since day 1 - for the last 3 summers, but I have 3 levels in my home, and I need one outside ny bathroom. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS MACHINE- I think it is going back!!!!!

Bought this and never even plugged it in..couldn't believe how small the water container was..It would have to be emptied ever hour if humidity was high..way too small..says it good for 2000 sq. Feet...only suitable for one room in my opinion.

NOT 32 Pint Capacity

The listing for this item needs to be reviewed as this is NOT a 32 pint capacity dehumidifier. Maybe 32 oz? Definitely not 4 gallons or 18 litres and will not be effective for the advertised square footage in the listing. I returned the same day it was delivered.

Incorrect specs for 2000 sq ft & 32 pints/day

Specs for 32 pints/day & 2000 sq ft is either a typo or for another model. The dehumidifier arrived without 4 days of ordering. It works. But I was completely misled by the specs that it can handle 2000 sq ft. I bought it for my basement which is over 700sq ft. Ran it for a whole day and less than3 pints or 2 liters of water was collected. So I would say, it is built for a 100 to 200 sq ft room & definitely not meant for 2000 sq ft.

Product is misleading

Just wrote the company. The instructions in the booklet do not work. I have tried everything and now I am waiting on assistance from the company 1800 number.
