I bought two of these units and installed both of them myself. My son helped drill the holes through the walls to the exterior. I am 75 years old. But the rest of the installation I did myself. They are great units. Buying from Wayfair was a good experience and they arrived in perfect condition.

It works better than I

It works better than I anticipated. Runs really quite and blows cold with a 21 degree temperature difference. I would recommend this company to all. They sell a great product

Great units

I recently installed 2 of these in my home, and 2 other multizone units (total of 8 heads) from senville to upgrade my home's HVAC system. They work great, cool the home well, are quiet, and sip power. My first bill that was only with the units installed half the month was down 25%! Plus now with a unit in each room, we only will have to use them in the rooms we occupy at a given time. Very happy with the system.

Great System

I purchased a system to put in my garage and the system so far has been super solid! The installers didn’t have any issues with it. It keeps it plenty comfortable in a Texas garage.

Happy with the unit, but

Happy with the unit, but documentation is horrific. None of the mounting plates shown in the manual were included, and no template??. This required me to best guess at hole placement. The wiring labels and colors were inconsistent with the manual and stickers. Other wiring stickers had the 240VAC wiring BACKWARDS! This would have been bad had I not noticed. The external line track kit had different shades of white between the different parts. This is not a porotype or new model. Plenty of revisions to have polished out these errors. Very disappointed with the poor documentation.

The template was nowhere in

The template was nowhere in the box and the temperature in the Alexa app always stays at 84 degrees. I put a temperature reader in the room and it’s constantly reading about 10-12 degrees lower than the temperature on the Alexa app, so the senville never shuts off when on auto. I would like for the Senville to read the correct temperature so it shuts off when it’s supposed to.

Great price and unit comes

Great price and unit comes with everything. It cools my kitchen / living room with out any issues. Both inside and out are extremely quiet. When I received the inside unit with shipping damage, they sent a replacement right away. Highly recommend Senville.

Great mini split

After install was done. We absolutely love this unit it keeps our house at a comfortable temp on these 90 plus days with ease. And the silent mode is perfect for sleeping 💤😴.

This is not the first

This is not the first Senville unit I am buying. My first was damaged by lightning! The second start leaking Freon after5-6 years and after second repair, I replaced it.

The product came at the

The product came at the expected amount of time and mostly undamaged packaging. The wall mount bracket that I originally purchased arrived with damaged packaging from the warehouse, but the product was not damaged. I ended up not needing the wall-mounted bracket and I requested to return and Senville refunded me for the bracket since packaging had arrived damaged. Very helpful customer service. Been using the mini split unit for about a month now and it’s working phenomenally. I recommend somebody with HVAC background and or a licensed installer assemble and install the units. To ensure that it is done correctly, and that there will be no issues down the road.

This unit is great for

This unit is great for this one bed room apt. It did require professional installation because the line set went through the wall and had to make a 90 right to align with the inside unit. Also the outside lines had to be cut and flared for that pro install look. I did order a 24000 btu ductless and had an issue with this system and senville customer service team took complete control of the situation and fixed my issue in less than two days. I wanted people to know that's why I'm a return customer and I'll always use there products. There was no questions their team was there to assist in making sure that everything was handled to my satisfaction. All I can say is they have a great product and they are there to make sure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. That's why I recommend them to my friends and I'm a repete costumer. Thanks for your time.

I’m disappointed that I can’t

I’m disappointed that I can’t get the 5 year parts and labor warranty. The installation went well and the equipment works fine. I paid an a/c company person $500 to install it. He shortened the copper input line, flared it, and put the vacuum on it. But, the company doesn’t know about it and they wouldn’t stand behind the installation because they install Mitsubishi. I’m gambling on Senville being a good product and lasting at least 5 years. My friends told me to go with Mitsubishi because of its rating and warranty that you won’t give me. I’ll let you know my future thoughts on Senville. I’m also told that Mr. Cool would have been a better product because of their warranty. It would be nice for you to warranty my Senville product.

Summer/Winter

Bought online and had installed before summer. It works great and cools my whole downstairs. Now with the heat feature it doesn't work so well. It barely keeps a small area slightly warm. Was told it would probably warm my downstairs with only a couple of months using my gas furnace. Will be using gas all winter. I would say for damp days it might be ok but for cold temps below freezing it is useless. Still very happy with purchase.

Quiet, great value, dependable, shipping was great, packed very well. My son and I installed it. In my garage and it has been great! I dont hear it running but it sure puts out the air. I use it all year round. In fact I just purchased one for my sons new home as a gift and Im sure we both will be installing it, which was very simple and hes getting the exact same one. Seville Mini-split

The mini-split is installed and running. It is working very well and is as quiet and efficient as my "premium" brand unit. We did the installation ourselves and anyone with a more advanced diy skill level will have no issues. I have the vacuum pump necessary for the vacuum pull, and the unit comes precharged with refrigerant. Longevity will be my next step to review...I hope it's good. The Seville level of quality so far looks very good. I see more units in my future. Thumbs up!

Pricing is fair and the quality is excellent.

I've installed 1000's of ductless systems and overall I was happy with Sinville. The product is designed very well, and the efficiency is very respectable. My favorite part is they feature the gold plated hydrophilinic coils and even come with a base pan heater. Meanwhile the pricing is very fair, especially compared to the name brands. I'll be buying more of these in the future. Thanks

Excellent build quality and quiet, efficient performance

I am impressed by the high build quality of these units. Unlike the old school split system central HVAC systems of the past, you don't see crude construction with sharp edges and poor fitting panels that rattle and vibrate. In fact you can actually carry on a conversation outside next to the running compressor without shouting. Not to mention the savings on the electric bill.
