Fan stopped working

It didn't really cool well in a fast stop working after 2 days

Waste of money and time DO NOT BUY

Brand new AC but can’t run more than 5 hours without shutting off and displaying error code E5 and needing manually drained. Hisense ACs are supposed to get rid of moisture build up on their own, WELL THATS A FLAT OUT LIE. My humidity gauge hasn’t read above 45% (not high!!) and hasn’t rained in almost a week so it’s not “too humid”. So you have to drain it yourself and this could not possibly be more inconvenient, the drain sits flush with the floor so the design is just so impractical!

very disappointed

it stopped working after being in use for less than 1 week. Walmart wont help me, and i cant get ahold of the company to resolve the issue.

Worked well initially when I first purchased last year but today, 6/3/2024, it no longer blows strong cool air. Sometimes warm air comes in from the top vent as well.

Don't buy it

No mention when making the purchase from Walmart of the additional items needed for the portable air conditioner like drain hose, drain pan etc. Also, in the instructions it says you maybe require trimming of the extension panels without instruction of how to do it.

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time on this product. It leaked water and quit working entirely after two days. Thankfully, Walmart has a great return policy and getting a refund was no hassle.

Dont Purchase

This was the worst air conditioner, humanly possible it didn’t work at all no air was blowing through the vents. It just made some weird loud sound ..bought brand new, and to add insult to injury. I can’t even return it even though i brought it back the next day

Takes a while to cool my garage

This Air Conditioner work much much better than the Air COOLER I had previously purchased.

It does NOT put out the cool air as advertised.

wouldnt cool off a 10 x 15 room. could only feel it if you were roght in front of it.

The unit ran for about 2 weeks (probably about 8 hours per day) cooling a bedroom. Emptied the water pan about every 3 days. Then the unit failed & wood not cool. Took it back for a refund. Installation of the exhaust into a window was time consuming as was getting the A/C unit up stairs was awkward, only to have the unit fail &time undoing the installation work.

Returned. Worked for three days.

Purchased 5, Had to return all non functioning Air conditioners. Biggest purchase disappointment from Home Depot. two worked for like 3 days and then nothing the other 3 did not even cool one bit and they all created lakes of water. Never purchase a product from AireMax ever.

Bad unit

Ordered this because it was on sale, now I know why. Unit worked for the first two days, although was a lot louder than other units ive had of the same size. After that, it started leaking water on the floor and stopped blowing cold, and soon after stopped blowing at all. Needless to say this unit suffered catastrophic failure, Home Depot was great to deal with when I brought it back but they only had one unit left at the store for double the price of what this one was...

Poor performance

This portable A/C performs poorly, it requires that the drain fills up with water every 1/2 hr. Pass this A/C up it’s not worth the money. The drain hole is on the bottom of this item so it requires an adult to lift the heavy unit and another to place a low shallow container to catch the water. It is a poor design.

This works great!! It cools my living room and kitchen!! It saves me money on my electric bill!!! I love it 😀 😍 ❤️!!!
