Unit is a lot quieter than the old one replaced, and appears to have better output (although both units are the same rated power).

Trouble start when warranty is over

Works great but started having trouble at 2 years old. Expected it to last longer than that. Warranty is 1 year.

cools entire house

I dont typically leave reviews but this thing cools our entire house (1300 sq ft). Its been 110 here for the last couple of weeks and our house is a cool 70-73. The only thing i can think of is that we couldnt find a drain hole and water was building up inside so we drilled a little hole on the bottom of it. Maybe we dont have it angled correctly for it to drain by itself but issue resolved this way. 10/10

Great AC for the first year....but

This was a great AC the first year. Cools wonderful. Actually lowered our electric bill. The first time we turned it on after sitting for the winter, there was a horrible noise. The ball bearing went bad after sitting through the winter. This is a great product, but not made like the old ones. We were told by a tech to always run your AC through the winter at least once per month with the fan only. This way the bearings will stay good.

I previously had a 10,000 btu AC unit and it...

I previously had a 10,000 btu AC unit and it wasn’t cutting it. I hired Double D electric to run the 240v plug in needed for this AC unit and my house stays nice and cool. It is kinda loud in my living room but in 90 degree weather we’ve been having in Washington state I’ll suck it up to stay cool. Overall I’m pretty happy with this AC unit.

They didn't provide proper instructions to set up the 24000btu...

They didn't provide proper instructions to set up the 24000btu unit. Front plate wouldn't come off without risking breaking it so we never got to test it. Returned immediately and bought an LG instead that hasn't given any trouble.
