Great purchase
LOVE THIS GRILL!! Takes up no room on our deck and is easy to use! Great purchase. Thanks, Walmart.
Regulator never worked
Regulator doesn’t work from day 1. It’s seized in closed position.
LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT
Broken lid handle, no replacement
I was on a 5 day camping trip, one hour from town. My Weber grill wouldn't stay lit on day 1 so I drove to buy a new grill. I purchased this grill and drove back to camp. Upon opening the box after 2 hr drive time, the grill lid handle was broken in half. The box did not show signs of abuse?? I needed a grill to cook at camp so just made due. While cooking, I noticed that the low setting is very hot and several items burned. Now I'm at home and there are no replacement handles available on the website. Very unhappy with my purchase.
Perfect size and great quality!
This is a nice compact size grill that packs a punch when cooking. Easy to transport easy to clean, super happy with this purchase.
I am disappointed in Coleman from this product
Regulator not functional right out of the box. I need to return it I guess. I did reach out to Colman and got no response (it has been 5 days). I dunno if it works well or not. I will say the collapsed mode is marginal, even with the lock engaged it flops open at random. I've seen reports of quality issues with regulator going back years, you would think they would address it or RESPOND to requests. I'm am disappointed and wasted a lot of my time trouble shooting it to isolate that the regulator is indeed seized.
it may be just a camping grill but it definitely better then most expensive grills. ive had mine for a year. the best thing is you can buy an adapter bigger tanks an that tank would last about 6 months before you have to get a new tank.
This sportster propane grill is the best grill I have owned so far for my camping trips easy to assemble, great design and easy to clean best grill highly recommended
Junk
I should have read the reviews, I guess Coleman isn’t what it used to be. Piece of junk. Regulator does not work. It lights, but that’s all, not hot enough to cook anything at any temperature. Going to try to return it this weekend.
Best Grill Ever
I really Love this item. It is conveniently easy for camping. I would recommend this to anyone.
Hard to assemble
The assembly instructions are the most useless I've ever seen, and I couldn't even find a YouTube video on how to put this thing together.
So close to being great but the cheap bits break
Heavy but flimsy, the handle broke on day 3 of using it. However, it did cook well and for a portable bbq easily did 6 burger patties at once with fairly even heat. If it wasn’t made so cheaply/they hadn’t skimped on things like the handle, and it could be used detached from the stand, I’d give it a 5
Price too high
The burner is too close to the griddle. It burns the food because the low flame isn’t low. Would not buy again. The cheap table top grill is better .
I don’t have one… yet!! Use to sell them when I worked at a camping store. Sold a lot of these. As a regular camper we would love to have one. It’s convenient for storage and easy to use and clean. Perfect heat for cooking anything.
Cute compact grill but cooking on it isn’t good
This grill is nice when you want to take it somewhere real quick for a quick dinner but for grilling food on a weekly or daily basis its too hot! It get too hot and burns all the food. I have it on the lowest setting everytime and it burns everything!!! Very disappointed in this grill. Also the whole thing gets hot even the handle to lift it up. Very low to the ground. If you are looking for a every day grill scroll by this is def not the one.
Doesn’t last if stored outdoors even with cover
It was good for about a year. I kept ot outdoors on my patio closed and with a full canvas cover on it. Just opened it to use and the interior bottom is completely rusted ans the cooking surface has some rust in between the grill splines. After cleaning I Put the canister of propane on, turned it to light it and the plastic knob broke off ans a spring popped out. Couldn’t get it to turn off so propane was leaking out into the air. Finally was able to line up the broken knob and turn it off. Bummed because this wasnt cheap at $139 and now it’s unusable. Exterior is fine
Damaged
Damaged! When it arrived I couldn’t really tell until I unpack it. The legs were bent and crushed and the lid was also crushed in spots. I’m have to return it!
Cheaply made
Purchased this as an upgrade from my previous camping grill that I had for 10 years. My first time using it the handle broke and I’m unable to find a replacement. I know this isn’t a huge deal because it’s still usable, but it was just disappointing to have it break so easily
I love this grill we camp alot it's so portable. It's one of the most durable grill I've ever had.love the way it disturb the heat for cooking.easy to put together. And very easy to clean
This Grill is perfect for trips to the park with lunch in mind. I purchased this grill and was surprised T the easy assembly. The main portion of the grill was already put together. Easy to read instructions made the assembly pain less. Can make hamburgers for a family of 3.
