I love this electric log set. It fits perfectly inside the freestanding cast iron fireplace stove. The “flame” really does give the illusion of fire which is adjustable from a blaze to glowing embers. The adjustable heat level really is comforting on a chilly day.

I really like the flame options on this heater. And the options for heat or not. I inserted it into my brick fireplace and put a screen in front! Looks like a real wood burning fire! Love the remote! Fantastic buy!

Looked great in our empty fireplace that’s no longer safe to burn wood in. I bought this for looks. However, we had occasion to need a space heater in a different area of the house and the one that we had been using broke. This one works so much better for heating up a room than the heater that was sold just to heat. We kept the lighting on for ambiance, it looks kind of funny outside of a fireplace but it’s still nice to have.

Does not give much heat but very pleasing to see.

Very pretty with a hearth around it. It does not give off much heat but if your just going for the look you will be very pleased at the look it will give you.

Lives up to its billing

Very good purchase. I did not want to deal with the mess of a fireplace. I did not want to pay to have gas piped into the fireplace. So, this electric set was exactly what I needed. I only use the image of a fire burning and I do not use the heat function.

the Phantom vibration was so loud in this thing I had to take it back. I was afraid to even run it. It sounded like it was grinding up metal.
