It is just as it looked on the website.Was delivered on a timely manner. It is very comfortable to work with patient and easy to clean. I highly recommend it.

Do not buy

I’d give it a zero if I could. I’m half the maximum weight. The legs would shift out as I tried to sit. I purchased this for use during initial recovery from a total knee replacement.

Nice, well made.

Been great so far. Sturdy. I weigh 240 lbs. My son is 280 lbs, and it's held up well. I use it over the toilet. Makes getting up and down easier.

Disappointed

Don't purchase this item unless you are in dire need because you want be able to return it even if you never opened the box that it was shipped in. I've tried everything to send this thing back. It's not going to happen.

Bought these items for an emergency toilet in case of waste line failure. Separate (larger) Invacare Commode Pail fits the commode fine.

Unsatisfied with bedside commode pridhct.

Listed as elongated bedside commode that supports up to 350 lbs. I weigh 242 and commode on supports my backside (barely). I am now trying to find a seat that wil! Support my 242 lbs body without having a big mess to cleanup. Unless you weigh under 180 lbs, I don't recommend these Bedside commodes.

Dislike instrution manual. Very vague and this is AMERICA, wish it is written for us. Otherwise it is a big help. Placed over exciting commode so I can lift myself up better.

Wonderful to have when you need it

well truly this is excellent to have maybe just for emergencies, such as a devastating flood which our town, as well as other communities are still recovering from here in northwest iowa. Also it is perfect for those with different mobility issues. I am very pleased that i purchased this. It also would be excellent for those that love to go camping....i was very pleased with quality and price!!

Could not return

I bought this chair but as it turned out we did not need it. I tried to return the chair to Walmart, but they would not take the return. They said it had to be through Medline the company that made the chair -the third-party company.

Bad discription

This says holds up to350 lb. I am 200 and my tush squeezes to fit. It would NEVER fit a 350lb without injury. The lid and seat are so soft they bend and pinch. Would have returned it but necessity for NOW!

Seat

I like the look of it, but it isnt as sturdy as I thought it would be. The seat is a little smaller than expected especially for a male user. I thought it could use more height with this chair as well.

If one can be thrilled about a commode I am

This one is %233 purchased by me. The winner by far. Easy to assemble no frills straight to the point perfect. The most important thing for me is the bucket that lifts out from the top not one that slides in and out from underneath, big difference. They should have stressed that in their product description. I went by the picture and hoped it was correct , difficult to discern. Don’t hesitate to purchase one.

Poor for the company not responding

I need to return this item. It is to narrow. I have since purchased another one. Have not heard from anyone about the return.

Unhappy buyer

I am highly disappointed that this item is not returnable and no where in the description does it state that. The item did not meet my husband’s needs and Medline would not take item back..

My mom is not a fan of the toilet seat.

Reading other reviews regarding poor packaging or merchandise was damaged, I almost did not purchase. When I received this item the packaging and merchandise was in good condition. Today, was the first day my mom used the commode. She doesn't like way the toilet seat felt, so I rated three stars.

Poor Quality

This product is not great quality. Also rated for 350lbs. My father is around 225 and the toilet bowl holder. Keep breaking at the weld. The company did refund me so I am thankful.

Bags easy clean up

The bags are good to have. Easy cleanup. I broke my toe where I couldn't walk far to the bathroom, so I tried these bags inside a portable toilet you can sit on. Very easy kept the area clean with these bags.

Suitable for current need

Have had no problems, but plastic sounds weaker than expected. There is a creaking sound upon sitting (as if plastic is cracking, but it hasn't.) User is only 200 lbs, well below the 350 lb maximum weight. Opening is probably standard size but seems small for an adult.

The assembly went fine. After 2 days of use I realized the round seat with the shortened opening was a problem. I contacted you but the two responders either tried to sell me the product I'd just told them I bought or sell me something more useless. The worst part was continually finding blood on the edge of the seat, because, in shifting to accommodate the section of the body eliminating, I was being cut on the thighs.

Perfect Purchae

My brother is so happy that he gained just a bit of independence with this commode aid. We were able to place it over the toilet and with the support and the higher elevation he can sit down and get up on his own. His toilet was just too low for him to get back up and he had to have help. He is so happy with this product!
