Overall very disappointed

Purchased this 15" Summit refrigerator because no other option was appropriate due to space limitations. Total cost almost $1000. A similar 19" unit from large home improvement store cost less than $200. We actually have another 19" unit and it functions quietly and efficiently. This Summit 15" unit is noisy and freezes water when set to anything less than 43 degrees. Materials and workmanship of this unit is sub par. Calls to Summit customer support to ask for fix to faulty hinge assembly were initially answered but ultimately ignored. Overall a very poor product and support.

Purchased the model for using a custom door panel. The panel frame is grey with red stripes on it, and it shows after you attach the door. Unacceptable. Also arrived without a door hinge.
